Great place local to Patchogue. Offers a variety of services including catering.

Haven't used them for that, been twice. Got the sourdough sea salt cookies which were excellent, hot honey sourdough bread, also excellent. Mixed it with fried brie and fig jam spread (not included and it was exceptional)

Also had their crumb cake, fresh, moist, and very tasty. I would say the taste of everything is mild which is my perfect preference, not mild as spicy but mild as not too sweet. Some places go overkill on sugar or salt and it takes away from the entire dessert.

As for food had a grilled chicken sandwich on fresh focaccia and it was great. The menu for lunch could use some more pre-made specialty sandwiches for now you have some basics and can add to them.

Overall I like what they're doing and they make great food/sweets in house. The inside is a little small for eating but that is ok. I hope they add some outdoor seats in the summertime. Prices are also really fair as well, and I didn't feel like garbage after having a sandwich. Like making one in your own kitchen, just probably...

Just moved to the neighborhood yesterday and walked on over to ECC with my twin sister for a birthday brunch. The omelets are big and delicious; we got the veggie omelette and their spinach feta (both were tasty)! I am a sucker for breakfast potatoes and their home fries did not miss. Perfectly crisp and salty. They had nice indoor and outdoor seating options and we could tell the staff knew their regular customers. A great local spot. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Returned a second time a few weeks later and tried a few more breakfast options. The steak and eggs were cooked to perfection. It’s hard to get a rarer cook on a steak like that, but the chef crushed it and the portion was generous too! I tried the breakfast burrito special and it was a top ten burrito of my life. Really healthy portion of avocado with home fries, eggs, cheese, and sausage served with a smoky chipotle aoli. ECC Eatery is an absolute gem! We had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and the pancakes—both were incredible. Everything is made from scratch, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The sandwich was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious.
