Great shop we had an emergency problem with our RV generator they were able to get us in that day and take a look at it and while they were not able to fix it because they cannot get parts for our manufacturer they were able to diagnose it for us and because they didn't fix it they charged us very very little for the diagnosis knowing we were in a hard spot they also forwarded the information for our generator to someone who could repair it for us and gave us his contact information so we could have it repaired as quickly as possible. Took my brand new keystone into jim 1 month after purchasing sept 12th 2024 he called me sept 13th all good we will order parts for warranty and schedule the work. Fast forward i followed up in November he said he would call back. I sent him 3 emails and called numerous times with no response. I called keystone they never put in any claims for my unit. Dont waste your time the obviously cant handle the work even though they are a keystone authorized repair center.
