If I could give negative stars I would. Was excited to see Hampton Coffee. That’s were it ends. Cafe was empty when I arrived. No staff behind counter - two were talking in back of cafe. After a few minutes staff came to front - no greeting or “I’ll be with you in a second” - she proceeded to make a Açaí bowl - did not put on gloves as required by health department when handling food and cutting her banana. She continued to ignore my party and worked on making her bowl. Staff in kitchen didn’t come out. Waited another 5 minutes still no acknowledgement of our presence. We walked out and went next door to Moriches Bagel Deli where the staff were friendly & attentive. It is a shame - customer service can make or break the success of a business. Read morei came here yesterday. horrible customer service, we were ignored for almost 10 minutes until someone finally acknowledged us (the store was empty). even worse food. i ordered a latte, which was cold, and an acai bowl that tasted like water, and whoever made both didn’t use gloves according to my son after we walked out. my son also got yogurt that he said tasted funny, i’m assuming something was wrong with the machine or the yogurt in it was old. the floors were disgusting as we walked in, clearly not cleaned for a WHILE, and the garbage was overflowing. unless this place gets its act together or gets better employees i will not be coming here and i suggest anyone who considers going here...

I got oatmeal bowls 4 times and the oatmeal wasn't fully cooked. I will still go there though. The staff is great and service is as well.
