Brothers Four Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Brothers Four is by far the best Italian restaurant in the state. We found them about 15 years ago and have never found anything that compares to them. The flavor and freshness of their foods are absolutely fantastic. The portions are more than enough for the biggest diner. The pricing is very competitive, if not less than anywhere around, and even now, taking your first bite, your eyes roll back, and you can't help to just say mmmmmm. It's so delicious that we had them cater our wedding, and 8 years later, people still talk about how good the food was. Even though we moved to a different town, we still travel to them because the food is sooo worth it. Any time someone asks if we know who can cater an event or just ask for a great place to eat great food, this is the first place we mention. We have never heard of a bad experience here. It's a family owned and run business that supports the community and is not afraid to go above and beyond the norm to support what's right. My family has tried to give this place so many chances, and time and time again have been disappointed. They offer delivery, but good luck trying to feed your guests if you are relying on the food coming when they say. On multiple occasions now we've ordered food and were told 45 minutes - only to have the delivery take upwards of 90 minutes to 2 hours. If this happens one time, I can look past it - maybe it was a rough night. But yesterday was easily the 3rd time this has happened.

Their absolute inability to manage deliveries aside, last night we ordered a large chicken noodle soup with our pies. It is so painfully clear that they cracked open a Progresso soup can, poured it into a to-go container, and then charged us $11 trying to pass this as something that was made at their place. Absolutely disgusting and crook-like behavior.

We will never be ordering from this...

There are alot of pizza places on Long Island and there are alot of them in Center Moriches. I've been to most of them with my family, friends, Co-workers and this is the absolute best one on the island. Their catering of pizzas and heros has been delivered on time, hot and so fresh. Their dinners and appetizers are never disappointing. Best of all their pizzas !!! No matter if you pick up, have it delivered or eat in they are consistently amazingly delicious. We've had all kinds (regular, sausage, meatball, bacon, white, sicilian and more) and everyone is out of this world. We will never frequent another joint because we found our pizza home 🙌

Side notes: the delivery guy is so friendly and when you walk in to pick up they are all so polite and wonderful to chat with as you wait. They have an app to make it easy and answer the phone when you call.
