The Rainbow Rolls — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

First off the whole feel of the store is amazing. It's fun, exciting, and welcoming. The young ladies who helped us were extremely friendly and helped explain the process of ordering a ice cream roll as we've never been there before. The prices seemed high at first; however, once you see the amount of ice cream and toppings you get it become amazingly priced. The bang foe the buck is beyond worth it, my kids all took home leftovers. The flavors and combinations they have to create your own unique flavor is astonishing. The fruit you can get added into your mix or as a topping is fresh and delicious. They also have a vegan ice cream base foe those who are vegan. Overall I can't give this place enough stars. We had been curious since it opened, and now I wish i had gone sooner. Also I didn't catch the names of the young ladies working there, but today is a 4/4/2022 and we arrived about 6pm. They are really stupendous ambassadors for your store and brand. We would probably come again just because they were so friendly and helpful.

I don’t personally know the owners of this shop , but I want to say what hard working and positive people they are . I read some of the 1 star reviews and some people literally lie .. the lady that works there never yells at anyone she is polite and positive . Yes the wait was long , but we’ll worth it .. the ice cream was awesome and worth the price and wait for all that you get . Those people were working so hard trying to get to everyone . To the people with negative comments and 1 star reviews you should be ashamed .. have you heard of positivity !!! Building each other up !!! Promote small business , they just opened up and it memorial weekend . Geez I hate seeing any negative comments when someone doesn’t deserve it . Those comments stay around .. wait till you open your own business and people say those things to you .. to the owners of the ice cream shop you guys finally brought something interesting into town and we will surely fill up your punch card in no time . Went to The Rainbow Rolls with my two kids. They loved it! One ordered a taco and the other ordered a cup. They also shared a Banana Nutella milk shake. They make it right in front of you, similar to coldstone creamery but with more imagination, hence The Rainbow Rolls. It was our first time there. There are two kiosks to place your order. Got the hang of it pretty quickly. Someone is also at the cash register, but when it gets busy, they all jump in to help, so the kiosks allow you to order if everyone is busy. Great place for kids. All families when we went. Very friendly staff, very attentive, and they make sure your orders are correct. Also very clean and plenty of seating.
