I am a hotel manager at a Marriott property on Long Island and I am pleased with the product and service from JC Apparel! I was previously ordering uniforms for the team through another vendor, but I began to question the prices and quality I was receiving. Once I started doing research I was recommended to Carlos from JC Apparel from another hotel manager and I have only ordered through JC Apparel ever since! The prices and quality are the best I've come across and the personalized service is a big plus especially being in the hospitality industry I really appreciate the service I get. Carlos is outstanding at what he and his team do and always goes out of his way to get what I need ordered and in a timely manner. It is important to have a vendor you can rely on and trust especially for myself because we constantly need new uniforms and shirts done for our functions and meetings. There are so many services JC Apparel provides and so many projects they have helped us out with. I had an amazing experience at JC Apparel Inc. I recreated a jacket my Papa Alan gave me when I was very young that got thrown out. I told them what I needed done and they listened attentively to what I wanted done and went through the process with me on how it will look and how the finished product would be. They treated my jacket and I like family and when you need something this sentimental done I couldn't think of a better place to get embroidery done. Everyone there was very friendly and the vibes were amazing there. I couldn't be more happy with the jacket and the embroidery was top notch. Look no further if you need something done. I needed custom embroidered hats for a charity event and only had 3 days to have them made and delivered. I called Carlos by chance after several vendors practically hung up on me. Not only did he call hat vendors to get me the best possible price, he also took the time to get me several samples to choose from then sat with me to suggest the best possible colors and layout.
