Absolutely the best tattoo shop on Long Island. I’ve been wanting to get a tattoo for years now, but I hadn’t found the right shop, or the right artist so I kept putting it off. Until going to Michael Angelo Ink. The shop is clean, filled with beautiful art, and amazing staff. I worked with Selin and she did two pieces for me that I am absolutely in love with. Her aura is what initially drew me in, but her work is next level. I felt like I was getting tattooed by a best friend I was catching up with. I never felt uneasy or unsure of what was going to be done for my piece as she communicated with me, for any questions or concerns. She is thorough and precise making sure everything is perfect. Worked with my budget. She walked me through the after care and healing process. She is just a ray of light. She designed a beautiful piece of art that I am proud to carry with my through my life. Wow… okay so I got a sacred tattoo from Selin and let me tell you it has got to be one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had in my life. It started with a psychic reading, which was spot on, and after she asked me for my input on how I wanted to tattoo and the process to go, which was done in such a thoughtful way. I ended up letting her have full creative and intuitive freedom with this piece which had me a little nervous since I was putting blind trust into someone for something like this, but boy did she deliver. She was such a kind human throughout the whole process and I felt so seen and supported the whole time. I am so beyond satisfied with the outcome and this experience was beyond words. I have been coming to this shop for 14 years and they have always been absolutely amazing! The past year I have been working with Selin and I cannot express how amazing she is! Her art is exactly the style I want! She makes sure everything works with your body and is exactly how you envisioned your piece. I have gotten 3 pieces done by her and she has touched up/ added to two pieces I previously had. Not only is she an amazing artist but an amazing human being!
