UPDATE! August 2025 We reached out to Spotlight again for our block party, and again, we were very happy that we did! They have a great inventory of stuff to pick from, and their pricing is very reasonable! We rented an obstacle course, a combo wet slide/bounce house, and a really cool 6-in-1 sports inflatable that the kids and even adults loved. I even rented a few tables and chairs for ourselves. Just like before, they were punctual and very quick to setup and breakdown. We will definitely be reaching out again to them!

August 2024 We reached out to Spotlight for our block party in Merrick. They have a HUGE inventory of inflatables and other party items for rent. They responded very quickly to our questions and have very competitive pricing…. We rented a wet slide/bounce house combo, a 40’ obstacle course, an inflatable axe throwing booth (for the adults, but the kids took it over), cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, and jumbo connect 4. They were very prompt to arrive (down to the minute) and start setting up. The kids all had a great time! We look forward to using them...

We rented a tent, chairs, tables and a portable luxury 3 stall bathroom for our daughter’s graduation party, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the first phone call and text message to the final pickup, everything was seamless and professional.

The tent was spacious and provided the perfect amount of shade for a hot summer day. The chairs were clean, sturdy, and comfortable — great for guests of all ages. The setup looked beautiful and gave our backyard a polished, festive feel.

The real MVP was the portable luxury bathroom — it was immaculate. Our guests were shocked by how clean and well-stocked it was, and several even asked which company we used! It truly elevated the whole event.

Delivery and setup were right on time, and the team was courteous, efficient, and very detail-oriented. They made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it before leaving.

I am giving 3 stars because the actual bounce house was GREAT. Highlight of my son’s party! However, the delivery process was poorly communicated. I was told it was a 24 hour rental, delivery time & pick up time would be the same. My event was on Saturday @ 3pm. So we situated Saturday AM drop off. Friday morning I received a call from a delivery driver at 11am he was “on his way”. I called the office and no answer. I was panicked they had the days wrong and the bounce house would not be here for our event (as they told me pick up is 24 hours after). I was sent an auto response text they were busy and would call me back. I got no response for over an hour. I then received text messages meant for other clients about their delivery times later in the weekend? I then received a text message my delivery would be changed to Saturday morning and bounce house would be picked up Sunday between 9-10am. Well, Sunday delivery drivers helped themselves into my yard and hauled it away at 7am. No call or text. I thought this could have all been better...
