Poor service, not helpful and rude. Was able to help me with one problem but as I set it up on my phone he walked to another customer and proceeded to help her. I waited assuming he was not finished. He noticed me waiting and asked if I needed anything else and I asked if he could show me how to move pictures from sim card. He said he was not a technician to help me. He didn't know how and continued to work with the other customer.

Received a prompt call from manager regarding my experience. She offered apologies for experience and recommended I return if need be. I actually did return for another problem and received prompt service and the problems I addressed were solved.

These reviews are read by owners of businesses. Be sincere and if follow up is done let public know. It's only fair. Kudos to the Manager and 5 stars....don't know where...

Outstanding customer service! when we switched to verizon, one month ago, Chuck went over and beyond. From the store getting ready to close, Starting up a new service, he stayed an hour after to finish my daughters phone so she had it to leave with for college the next day. Challenging swap since my transfer was not easy from TMobile! Today I go in to trade in a phone and Eric helped me. AGAIN….. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He took the time to assist me with what needed to be done, went over my account with me and told me what to do online to save money! NOTHING BUT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I am soo happy we made the switch to a much better phone service and an in person GREAT TEAM...

I went in there yesterday pretty late to pick up my phone and the service I received was truly amazing!!! I was helped by Charlie and let me tell you he’s a hell of a guy, not only did he give me amazing service but he answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase. I’ve never received service like this ever and it was right before closing! Honestly I’ve never written a google review before but he was go great I had to, if you have Verizon and You have to go to a store go to Charlie! ur looking for a new service go see Charlie! I appreciate the amount of work you did for me and I hope others get the pleasure of working...
