GameStop — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

So, gamestop is to many people A very good store for games while for me it's a bag of nuts, so let me say some of my thoughts They might not have what your looking for at your nearby location, to check to see if they have it, look for what you want to buy at that store then click the pick up at store button before you go there and get disappointed. Bad work ethic....(not a personal experience) but they have a pretty bad work schedule as if one person is there one day and you come back at the same day at the same time they might not be there They wont take ALL OF YOUR GAMES....they have a certain limit for your trade in games, they have to be over a certain price (20 Cents last time I checked) and if it's not over that limit they wouldn't take your game. Dont ask for battletoads (that's all I'm saying) Their magazine Gameinformer is basically copy and paste from the website but with more pictures (and it comes monthly if you have the Powerups reward card which is required for the Magazine to even be shipped to your home. And 6. THE LINES MIGHT BE LONG FOR A CERTAIN GAME SO IF YOUR GOING TO PREORDER IT SIMPLY COME EARLY OR SIMPLY HAVE THEM...

To start off I've been a very loyal gamestop customer for a very long time the staff is great and everything has a place but what I really hate about it is when you want to represent you favorite game and a pricey edition comes out you can't get it like cod black ops 3 sold out within 1 day I don't have the time to stalk a computer screen to find out when games are coming out then when the do come out all employees have first chance at getting it and then the managers tell you that the company doesn't order enough because they are big idem if I was people reading this I would order from Microsoft or...

Great Staff, went in with my 7yo grandson and Chris, the sales person treated him and myself with such respect and extreme politeness. My grandson is pretty knowledgeable for a seven-year-old and Chris not only answered all of his questions but truly treated him with respect. That means A lot too young kid buying video games.
