I was very dissatisfied with my services. Someone needs to explain to the 2 lady’s that was working there how to explain deals to customers because I was the most confused ever. As soon as I walked in I’m already being offered help which is okay , but I would at least like to look around the store first. Very rushy to me. I was looking at piercing and was informed that I was able to buy 2 sets of jewelry and then I can get 2 free. It was a buy 2 get 2 free deal. I had went over the deal with the lady 3 different times and still confirmed that ALL I HAD TO DO WAS BUY 2 of whatever jewelry I wanted and I can get whatever 2 jewelry for free. Soon as I checked out it was a different story, now I have to pay for 3 pieces of jewelry to get 1 free. She put all the jewelry together and only scanned 3 and says to me she has to scan what cost more first. Why wasn’t that told to me first when we was first talking about the deal, I would’ve chose differently instead I was told I can pick what I want and buy the 2 jewelry I want and get whatever other 2 I want for FREE. That’s what was expressed to me. Now she wasting my time and my ride is outside. And then of course I’m multiracial, so treat me differently right ??????? So instead of me buying anything, I’ve left with nothing. When I went in there for jewelry and left with nothing. I was so upset leaving. I’ll just ride out to Erie next time I want to go to a Spencer’s. I’ve been shopping with you guys for years now bought cups games posters and piercings….NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED LIKE THIS BEFORE. I don’t want anyone losing their job, the lady’s just need a little help on explaining corporate deals better.
