So I live near the Byrne Dairy and Onondaga Hill but choose to drive to the one in Milton Ave things Camillus super chaotic the staff and Onondaga hellburn Dairy has a high turnover due to young kids there are a group of well trained younger adults working in Iowa field but when I went to Milton Ave Byrne Dairy the staff was young but we're very indulgent when they work I go get my dog a puppy ice cream cup daily I asked for a hot but Sundays for myself and young guy was very kind I asked for extra hot fudge sauce and he took care of that and it was one of the best hats on Sundays I've had I choose to go to Byrne Dairy for ice cream and Sundays cuz it's so much cheaper than a regular ice cream store I appreciate the diligent staff at both locations how close are you...

I work at a local pharmacy in the area and decided to stop at the store for something before my shift, the woman named Jordan who cashed me out was extremely unprofessional as she started to complain to me about how her prescription wasn’t ready and how we never pick up her phone calls. And again to put this into perspective I hadn’t even gone into my job yet and felt extremely uncomfortable that she assumed that was my fault. She gave me her full name and said I need to check on the status of her medications. It’s extremely upsetting that I’m unable to purchase items in my work attire and be talked to like that outside of my work setting. Ordered 8 sandwiches for pickup on 12/23/24. Nicole called me to confirm order ingredients and to alert me to a couple items "out." She was very helpful in suggesting other items instead. Upon picking up my order, she had names I had given her on each sandwich, all "extra" ingredients on the side and plentiful. In addition, she included CC cookies and a fresh fruit dish at no cost to make up for the items that were out.
