After reading similar reviews about other's delivery experience I am compelled to share my own. Just a couple days ago I had family over so I decided to order a pizza for delivery via the SLICE app. (First time user) It was a Sunday afternoon so I did expect some delays. They app stated that the food will arrive within 45 minutes. After about an hour I go the notification stating the delivery was on the way. I live less than 5 minutes from the establishment. Now I am a realistic person so I am assuming their delivery driver is most likely delivering to multiple locations. My family and I were enjoying ourselves and I quickly lost track of time. I checked the app about 30 minutes after receiving the notification that the food was on the way. It still stated that the delivery driver is on the way. After about 15 minutes I decided to check my front porch where I find my pizza and wings. I grab the food and realize they are as cold as if you had just taken them out of the fridge as it was snowing heavily outside. I contacted customer service and explained I was not notified of the delivery. SLICE rep contacted Pies Guys and said the delivery driver knocked and left a text message, both of which were not true. I had 4 people sitting in my front room next to the front door (no knock) and my phone has no text messages. I told the rep that the delivery driver lied. If he's telling the truth he can show the text messages. I even forwarded a screen shot of my message inbox to prove I received nothing. I was dismissed by the SLICE rep and the restaurant. I only asked for accountability. I never asked for any money or refund. Because of their blatant lie I will no longer be doing business with Pies Guys or SLICE app and I will share my experience with all of my people and ensure that I recommend anyone interested in hearing to a different...
Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas and paid $60 for delivery. Track it on the slice app and it showed out for delivery for almost an hour. Sent message to slice app chat to see where the pizza is and was told to bear with them since they are busy. That’s fine but perhaps they should update the delivery times. App says it was to be delivered at 713 and it wasn’t delivered until 755. To top it all off the delivery instructions say to meet at garage door and yet the delivery driver just left it outside on the front porch stairs. He didn’t even ring the bell to inform us it wasn’t delivered until there. If the dogs didn’t bark I would have never known since you can’t even see the front steps unless you walk halfway down the driveway. I then called the store and was told there is no manager available to help me out and they won’t be back in for 3 more days. Horrible service all the way around.
