!!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Maria Harris confirmed that this store and company does not care about its customers after they make a sale. We purchased a fireplace insert by Dimplex that was delivered to our home. While at our home the delivery guys damaged our actual console / bookcase that holds the fireplace in the center. They left our home and the fireplace didn’t even work. We immediately called back to report it. That was January 26, 2021. They gave us the option of returning product for refund. In good faith we agreed to have it replaced. We have called everyone that we could to advocate for ourselves but unfortunately we were told by Ms. Harris. You have no option for refund and canceling your order. Your only option is to wait on a fireplace that was to be utilized to supplement heating over winter months. No attempt to obtain override. No attempt to locate our product. Now she has no idea when the product will be in and basically shared that we would have to simply wait till they get it ! This company has lost its customer service. We are being strong armed by this company that has had our money since the initial order, but have failed to have a working product provided to us in a timely manner. It is now 3/2/21. Do yourself a favor and find another furniture store dedicated to its customers before and after purchase. I would like to be removed from your email listing. We will NEVER purchase anything else from here. Policy No return after delivery. Delivery men failed to ensure product was working properly before leaving and damaged bookcase / console while inserting fireplace and failed to report damage to company. Read moreThis company will do everything in their power to rip you off. I used to love the way they did business but they have changed and customer service has gone down hill. I bought a Beautyrest mattress from here in 2016 with a 10 year manufacturer warranty which states.....
"If your Beautyrest® or Simmons® mattress or foundation fails due to a manufacturing defect, the exclusive remedy under this warranty will be replacement of the defective product in the U.S., Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands. If the Beautyrest® or Simmons® product you purchased is discontinued at the time of replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected."
I put a warranty claim in through Raymour and Flanigan and they gave me a credit for $2,100 (my original purchase price) which would have been fine if I could have replaced the mattress with a comparable one at that price. I couldn't. The comparable one costs almost $4,000. I was told I had to make up the difference in price even though the manufacturer warranty states differently. I decided to keep the mattress but use the credit towards something else (a couple loveseats and a recliner) which I was told is ok to do. Once my order arrived I was told my mattress would need to be collected in order to get the credit. They only wanted the mattress so they could claim warranty through Beautyrest to get a $4,000 comparable product and re sell it on the floor in turn making more $$$.

Read moreOn Friday evening, February 19th my daughter and I stopped in at the Raymour & Flanagan store at East Jew Mall in Victor, NY. We were shopping to replace a recliner. No one ever came over and asked if they could answer any of our questions or to help us. So we looked around but left without purchasing anything. The next day we were in Canandaigua, NY and I said to my daughter that I thought that Raymour & Flanagan had a store near where we were and that we should stop in and see what they had. When we walked into the store a nice sales lady came over and introduced herself and asked what we were looking for a. I told her a recliner and what exactly we were looking for. She showed us where they were and by row what they offered and to look at them and she would be back to check on us and answer any questions we might have. Needless to say I went ahead and bought a chair that day from her. I know there is a pandemic out there but around here numbers are really down. Salespeople have to remember to take care of the customer first. This was a easy sale for her!! I thank her for her help. I will receive my new chair by the end of this week.. one week from purchase... could have had it sooner but I was the one that asked to push but out until the end...
