The initial visit was great! Coffee was on point. Presentation and taste/flavor was there. Baked goods were delicious as well. Now, every other time I had returned, which was about 5 other times, the inconsistency was a deal breaker. Coffee didn't taste right, like it wasn't quite the quality that I had expirenced the first time. Asked for x and received y. Looks like a cute place, but they don't carry herbal (naturally caffeine free) or decaffeinated teas. Teas like chamomile, mint, and cinnamon spice are popular, so it's unusual for a place like this to not carry them, especially as they have a long shelf life and require little storage space. They also do not have lactose free dairy milk (like Lactaid), only non-dairy options for people who can't have lactose. The brownie I got was amazing. I wish I got to nuke it in the microwave. I wanted to dip it in my Ghirardelli almond white chocolate frappé drink so bad but sadly didn’t get to because I ended up wolfing down the entire brownie.
