Completely incompetent to do returns. Took 6 different people to take care of an online return. The cashier, Leeanne, complained the entire time about all of the returns. I ended up not returning all of my items here. Took over 20 minutes to do returns. Will never return items here again. This woman needs customer service training. She was also asked when it was time for her to go, she said “not soon enough”. She also had no clue what departments things got returned in. Unreal. This store has wonderful items to offer, at amazing prices. Unfortunately I’ve never been treated as less than an human being in my entire life. The staff in the store walked by and did not greet us or ask if we needed any assistance. The women at the register were dismissive and rude, making comments to one another about how we had many things that “weren’t going to be bagged”. I as the customer should not have better problem solving skills than the staff who offered no assistance.
