Popped in here with a few friends off the road looking for a quick sandwich. What we got was a quaint shop with delish food. I got the curry beef sandwich and it hit all the points. It was warmed up and had a slice of fresh tomato added. Think curried chopped meat and cheese sammy. My friends enjoyed their egg salad and turkey sandwiches respectively. The milk bread was amazing and the half sandwich is the perfect size. There are other items such as local cheeses, labneh and fermented goods. Toko Provisions is my favorite place - I take everyone I love and care about here, stop by for lunches on my way to hikes, and pick up a treat anytime I’m nearby. Toko is so sweet and makes such delicious sandwiches + tasty baked goods that are seasonal (and the baked goods aren’t too sweet either which I love!) She also has gluten free treats + always offers to heat up sandwiches and treats too which I appreciate so much.

We stopped by Toko Provisions today and it’s such a unique little shop. There are various food goods to purchase, mostly obscure makers and interesting Asian focused sauces. There are little tchotchkes and artwork to purchase. Toko makes delicious baked goods and amazing and flavorful sandwiches. We tried the beef curry on milk bread and the egg salad sandwich.
