i used this company after a google search for alterations near me after my regular girl was booked fully. i received paperwork stating alterations on my bridesmaid dress would be completed on a saturday. it had slipped my mind and i went monday after work. to my surprise, they hadn’t even touched the dress. it had been there for 2+ weeks. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and he apologized and told me it would be done wednesday evening. i go thursday morning and again, not even TOUCHED. at this point, i need this dress for a wedding the next day. he rushed the job, botched it and expected me to pay full price. i refused to pay full price on a product that was not received when promised so he offered to take off 5$ because he “worked really hard the last half hour on this dress” - which is not my problem when you’ve had the dress for weeks and physically gave me paperwork stating when it would be done. The straps of dress were taken in a little too much and i was playing around all night adjusting it to breathe. i will never use this company again and neither will anyone i’ve spoken with. i wish i could give them 0 stars. very poor...
