Flagship Premium Cinemas - Chester — Local services in Town of Chester

I went to see American Sniper for 6:25 pm and we got our two tickets and we were directly to theater #4. When we walked in it, it was 6:26pm at that time so we figured we'd save ourselves from watching the coming attractions. When we walked in we were surprised that the movie was already starting (or so we thought). 45 minutes later the movie (2hour 12 min) was over. They sold us 8:00pm tickets and on top of it the ticket taker employee pointed us to the movie theatre that already been running for 1.5 hours. When we figured out what happened they told us we were not allowed to walk into the original movie theater we were supposed to be in since it had already been going on for 1.15 minutes. OH OKAY... well so it's okay to sell us tickets for an 8pm show that was supposed to be for a 6:25pm show and then allows to watch the last 45 minutes of the movie. Not for nothing but we didn't even get an apology or anything like free drinks (cost of .25 each). Really POOR POOR Customer Service!!! The owner sold us the tickets and said she wasn't the one who did it... What lousy...

I don’t know who is in charge of your Chester, NY location, but someone needs a refresher in costumer relations. We were there on Friday, July 14th for the 6:40 showing of Sound of Freedom. We scanned our tickets and weren’t told what theater to go to. The one that did have our movie, did not have a/c. At about 6:30-35, my wife went to the front and was told that the movie was moved to the next theater, with a/c. We were in there until around 7:05, with no previews or movie, until 7:05 when a staff worker showed up and said there was a delay because they had to upload the movie to the new theater and that would take another 15-20 minutes; by 7:35 we were still sitting there, no movie, no staff announcements. At 7:55, we had enough and went to get our money back. Still awaiting our turn, at 8:00, another customer came out and said the movie was starting, in the original, no a/c theater. The staff at this location were rude and very unhelpful, and provided no customer service in any form, except for the one...

Flagship Premium Cinemas has taken over the Chester Elite Cinema in Chester, NY. Let me say that my family and I attended their ribbon cutting ceremony. The new owner/staff were SOOO friendly and accommodating!! We won prizes and received free movie tickets. The upgrades that were made to this theater are truly impressive!! The seating is extremely comfortable. Just recline back and enjoy your show! The concessions were delish (no smell of burned popcorn, which for this person is a huge plus!) Everything was very clean, well run, the staff was courteous, the restrooms were clean, too!
