I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, which was extremely disappointing. I had booked my appointment online for Friday and arrived on time, but when I walked in, both technicians were busy with another customer. What surprised me most was the complete lack of acknowledgment—no greeting, no communication, not even a simple “please wait.” It felt like I hadn’t even entered the store. After some time, I approached the first technician, who was very kind. I asked whether I should wait for him or his coworker, and he told me the other tech would assist me shortly. The second technician (sitting at the last desk in the store—I’m unsure of his name) finished with the previous customer but didn’t acknowledge me at all. He cleaned his desk and then made a phone call, without saying a word to me. I waited patiently until 6:30—30 minutes past my appointment time. At that point, I politely voiced my frustration: I had waited through the previous customer, the desk cleaning, and now this call? His response was shockingly rude. He looked at me and said, “Just so you know, the customer on the phone was before you.” His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and when I called out his behavior, he just smirked. Frustrated and upset, I asked the friendly tech at the door who the manager was—he said your name was Alex but that you weren’t in. So, Alex, I hope you read this. As a new store, you’d think the staff would go the extra mile to be welcoming. Unfortunately, I received the exact opposite. Read moreThis is the best experience that I have had purchasing a new phone at any Verizon store. Alex and Ben are both very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they’re providing. Alex was recommended by a friend, and he made the whole process easy. I ended up referring several family members to him as well, and they all had the same experience. Alex is extremely patient and explained all of the options while working with us to find the best options to suit our individual needs. Ben also assisted in the process, and we couldn’t be happier with the how everything turned out.

It was very nice. I made an appointment, and when I arrived, both (whose names I have forgotten, unfortunately) did not immediately attend to me, because they were busy helping other customers (so I did not mind - they were providing excellent customer service).
When it was my turn, I told them what I needed, and they helped me out, thoroughly answered my questions, and were just chill guys to be around.
