Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Town of Clay

Being discriminated against by a employee that has a personal outside issue specifically with me that I used to be friend's with until I took him to court for money he legally owes me and him harrisng me and my partner telling us we're we can and can't shop is wrong.

Saying he is going to call cops on us if we come around his store or into his store or near it.

But he's not even management he is just a generally employee 🙄 how is that right ? What authority does he have or power does he have to even say things to me or my partner like that?

We have spent a lot of money at this tractor supply and like shopping here for are dog 🐕 and other things sometimes such as the beautiful bird feeders I got for my balcony for my apartment ect..

We have never come in hostile or to cause a issue or looking to even speak with this employee rather he has chosen to speak to me or my partner has been his choice.

Today April 26 2024 was uncalled for him coming out while on the clock after we stopped in the store to exchange a bone we got for our dog that she got sick from and to also retrieve a old receipt we lost for a mini bike we purchased so we could register it.

I did leave a letter with the manager on to give to him from the court he came out hostile to are vehicle theartening me and my partner while agian on the clock and yelling and screaming at us how is that okay? Right up to mine and my partner car window.

My partner went back into the store to speak with the manager on after this situation and he then wanted to try and speak to my partner? for what reason? and no we don't do that you can speak with both us simple.

This is all very childish and petty of this employee and I really dislike being discriminated agianst and so does my partner and us theartend to have cops called on us or us told go shop else were or another tractor supply this one is convenient to us and nearest to me us.

Me and my partner have not done a thing when we come into the store we are respectful to everyone we aren't hostile and we don't cause any scenes or as said look to speak to this employee unless he speaks to one of us directly.

So I would appreciate it if this is addressed and handled because that is wrong especially sense this employee has no managment authority so you thearten us just because you have a personal...

I use to go to this spot all the time, but the last 3 times in here I’ve had a Issue with the rotten manager Bonnie. She is always miserable and rude even when I ask questions about merchandise. At one point I purchased over a hundred chickens they were getting rid of and I’m easily the biggest purchaser of chickens and many other things but not anymore. She gave me a total hassle over returning a defective lawn mower and tried making it impossible to get a refund until I told her I will be contacting someone higher than her and then she finally let me do it. Then she gave me a hassle about employee discount and then another hassle about returning CO2 cartridges that I didn’t mean to buy. then this time (yesterday) she was rude to employees in front of my family and told me I was not allowed to look at their birds (that I was about to purchase for my farm). I would hate to work under her and I feel bad for anyone who does. Tractor supply needs to get rid of people like this and find someone who isn’t miserable outside of work that brings it into the workplace. I will not be shopping here anymore until her reign of being a terrible...

Friday December 8th I stopped in to buy my dog food knowing the truck came in on that day. As always they only have 1 bag of the food I use on the shelve. When I was checking out I asked the cashier if she could check to see if any was in the back. More than 5 calls for assistance and not 1 person responded to her, I finally said that I was going to find someone. As soon as I headed up the isle I could see a grocery cart with my brand of food sitting on it. It was just left at the red doors to the back. Really?? You can't acknowledge the cashier or bring to the the customer who has spent nearly 5k this year on dog food. I had to retrieve this and the person who left the cart there was up front stocking shelves. I'm going to be leaving TSC, how this branch is still up and running is a mystery.
