One day in a far away land my wife and I stumbled upon a Crumbl Cookies, we ordered cookies and brought them back to our hotel and after eating them longed for the day Crumbl would follow us home... And finally they are here! Our hearts our warm, our taste buds are thrilled and our tummies are probably a little too full!

Crumbl has great cookies and we love how they change it up every week. It creates a fun mystery to see what is coming next and actually helps in finding balance and moderation if a cookie of the well hasn't completely stolen our hearts.

At our local Clay location it was an easy and great experience. The place is sugary sweet in looks and smell, while holding a nice energy when you walk inside. The staff was great and were clearly working hard.

I highly recommend using the app or website to order ahead and using their check in system. There is a small board inside that lists a few names of orders they are working on and that helps knowing how close you may be to getting your order.

They are expensive cookies, no doubt about that and may be best to moderate for both your wallet and sweet tooth. While if you can take the leap over in awhile, I highly recommend scoping out the flavors of the week and giving their rendition of your favorites a...

So I have been so excited to try the new Crumbl that opened in Liverpool. I had never been to one before. My fiancé and I get there and the first thing we noticed is one staff member wearing gloves, playing with their hair which continued the entire duration we were in there. We proceeded to order our cookies, $16 for four cookies. We pay and then wait about five minutes for our box. Meanwhile, the lady in front of us is handed her box and it is covered in chocolate and she asked for it to be cleaned, the worker did it while huffing. We are then handed our box of cookies, there was a little chocolate on top, and the worker tries to wipe it off with her glove that is caked with chocolate and it just makes the smear worse. I reluctantly take the box and go to the car. I’m sitting in the passenger seat, so I set the box on my lap. My fiancé takes out chocolate cookie says it’s so so and I take out the vanilla sugar cookie - it was raw and ice cold- like they frosted cold dough. I then notice an eye lash in the box next to our cookies. I’m grossed out and move the box to find my lap covered in chocolate from the whole bottom of the box being...

The first time I stopped in the guy at the counter was great. Walked me through everything and I had a really great experience. 2nd time ordered myself, was handed my box by a blonde girl and she walked away. wasn't asked if they looked as expected which there is a sign on the counter saying so, and I also tipped so to just hand them to me no have a nice day nothing was off putting. One of my cookies was not shaped as a cookie and I stood there being ignored until I said something to the next girl who handed a box to someone else. I said I didn't want to be a Karen but this is just odd shaped. She made me another one and sent me on my way. IF I come back it will be a while from now. The first guy was great, wish I got his name. 2nd experience was not so great. These cookies are quite on the more expensive side so at least I could get was a thank you for stopping in? or when I say thank you just acknowledge me? idk. That whole staff the 2nd time seemed like they just didn't want...

I dropped in to purchase a gift for a coworker, we are just across the intersection but I had never been to any Crumbl locations. I felt like I had stepped into a smaller version of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, the aroma was of some kind of cookie heaven, and all the cookie makers seemed to be happy and in sync making cookie creations in an impeccably clean environment. Service was friendly and I was promptly helped with my order and selection. The presentation of the cookies is gift worthy for any occasion. I didn’t actually consume a cookie as they were a gift but my coworker said they were amazing and anyone who had tried them in the past concurred! I’ll be back to try them for myself and see what is new for Fall.
