I purchased a product from this company and they were really helpful when I was buying it from them. But when a problem came up with the item, I returned to the store with the item and my receipt and the worker there told me it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing he could do. When I tried respectfully to come up with some kind of solution since I literally bought the item FROM THEM, the worker then started speaking really loudly and told all the other customers in the store to back up what he was saying and to tell me there was nothing he can do. I was so embarrassed at that point I just left.
