I had an appointment to get my screen repaired. I was turned away the first day I showed up. Yesterday, I get my phone screen repaired after waiting several hours when I was told it would take about 2 hours. My samsung s25 ultra is missing the SIM card casing. Its a big hole right now.
I should of looked, but I was frustrated because I sat inside the store for an HOUR after being told a few more minutes for my screen to be finished. I even showed up late to pick up my phone and they were not finished yet.
I am really disappointed. The reseal on the back of the phone looks bad, and does not look revealed at all. Then there is the missing SIM card plate, I am concerned they are more problems with my phone now. My back plate on the bottom is scratched up with small black marks. You told me that the phone was cleaned also, but that's not true. The S-Pen holder has dust in it, and so does the bottom speaker.
I have to call Verizon and discuss this with them because the phone has to be replaced. Did you guys really test the phone before giving it back to me and does testing mean looking it over before giving it back? I need my SIM card plate for my phone too.
I know the store lost my SIM card casing because I have an E SIM, there is no reason for me to ever open or even touch this panel. I am not sure what being patient and kind got me when I feel that you didn’t take my time seriously nor did you take my personal property seriously.
My front screen was the only problem with my phone, aside from that, it was in excellent condition when you received it. I did not receive my phone back in the condition I presented it to you. And I should have checked before leaving, but I was very stressed out with the entire process. I wanted to get my phone and never come back. I work from home, and literally need my phone for work, so when you say 2 hours its important to stay committed to the time you give. He had an attitude when talking to a crowd of people when he asked who came to get their phone fixed me and my husband said that we were he said that they closed in an hour and that they were not taking anymore today because it will take to long. I asked why is there a website to make an appointment if it does not work. And me and the employee went back and fourth when I started to leave and told him to have a good day he yelled to me as I was leaving why I didn't look on Google for when they close I said I did AND I made an appointment and I told him again to have a good day. I don't know who this needs to get to but the company should look into their website and why it's letting people make appointment then the poor employee gets overwhelmed. The poor customer service I'm trying not to take personally bc the employee seemed to be having a bad day. Help your staff out and fix the online...

I spoke on the phone with Logan and was confident that my issue would be resolved before going to the store on a Saturday.
