The very (Best!) The Quality of their products are totally Outstanding. Just (Yummy) for the tummy. Everything is made with (T.L.C.) - Tender Loving Care - Mr. Dominic, is the (Owner) - A bakery based in Latham, NY. Another bakery based in Troy, NY. I’m very passionate, partial and particularly interested in eating at Bella Napoli’s bakery cafe and restaurant. It’s been a wonderful Great Tasting experience. (Pastries and Food). I’m like a little/big kid, in a candy store. Now … It’s The Holy Season. Christmas Time is Here! We all are celebrating The Birth Of Our Holy Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen. Besides that. Santa’s special needs for his Sleigh, he comes over to Bella Napoli. Santa has to pick up the (Special) Goodie’s for the children and adults. Especially, for those little/big kids, like (Me). The seasons celebrations will include the Christmas Parties at Work. Christmas Parties for all our Families, Friends, Colleagues and Customer’s. Our Neighbors and Loved One’s all getting together for this very special time of year. Our (Military) Veterans. Our Active Duty Soldiers. The one’s whom are serving in (Harms) way. God bless them all. I Especially, remember those days. Traveling back from my overseas deployments to make it home for Christmas. The Song: (I’ll be home for Christmas) And (There’s No Place Like Home For The Holiday’s!), always gave me hope. Even though, it was very (Rare) that I would be able to come home. Due to my status serving in (Iraq) Reconnaissance. (Reconn) baby! My Mother always said that I (Stink) Go take a Long Bath with Soap! She said that I’m dirty. I said (Mom), I’m Reconn … and … Reconn, stays (DIRTY!) She swatted at me and said go upstairs and get a Bath! My Father, was a Career US Marine (Retired) A Korean War Veteran. A Vietnam War Veteran. He would just laugh at me. Tell me to shut up. Go do what your Mother said. Then afterwards, we would (Eat!) I’d be happy and so Hungry. I Love my Parents. (Rest In Peace) Mom and Dad. I Love You. Of course we would have Goodie’s from Bella’s Napoli. Mr. Dominic, he has become like my Father nowadays. I had Pastries shipped overseas to me from Bella’s. (Iraq) They arrived in good condition. Now that I’ve been home. Mr. Dominic, he still looks out for me.

Everyone deserves a little bit of respect and love. Please consider supporting our community through giving genuine generosity for those whom truly need it. After all. We are all (Americans!) Please support Bella’s Napoli through this entire beautiful Christmas Season. The owner, management, staff, cooks, bakers, delivery drivers and counter personnel. They (All) work so very Diligently Hard. They Ensure the Quality, Safety and Great Tasting Experiences for All the Patrons and new customers. The (Customers!) Young and Old. Don’t Forget to Buy extra. It’s for your unexpected Guests coming over for the Christmas (Holiday’s!) As Lt. Columbo said. Just One More Thing: Don’t Forget To (TIP) The (Staff) - It’s better to Give. Than to Receive. After all, it’s the Christmas Spirit. Amen.

I’ll be praying for your family, health, happiness and success for your business. Hopefully, I’ll be (Seeing) you soon.

PS - Thank you for all your prayers for my Aunt Rose. May God’s Holy blessings continue upon you, your family, friends, colleagues and loved one’s. We ask in prayer. In Our Holy Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

Sincerely, Mr. Ulysses Wynn, Jr.

Merry! Merry! Christmas! (2022) Happy New Year! (2023)

Glory! Glory!...

I have had their baked goods over the years and it is delicious, just stopping in with no preorder. However I unfortunately did not have a good experience as far as ordering ahead for these cupcakes. It was for a coworkers baby shower that was for her miracle baby. She wasn’t even going to host a baby shower for herself so this was it. She’s also a big dessert girl so to have this be the outcome was very disappointing. I called in advance, almost 2 weeks ago prior to the 4th of July weekend and asked for vanilla cupcakes, blueberry filling and cream cheese frosting with a lavender colored frosting. They confirmed it could be done during the holiday.

I show up today as planned and they lost the order. None of the cupcakes were ready. They ask and confirm on my phone if I actually placed the order here, double checking the location of the call which I understand why they asked but at the same time made me feel a type of way as if I made the error when it was their mistake. The head person asks me what kind of cupcakes i ordered and “if I wanted sprinkles?” as if it would make the situation all better. He didn’t ask what it was for, when the cupcakes needed to be ready by, take the time to make a potential plan that would work for both of us. He just decided that he’s got some vanilla cupcakes in the back that they’ll wipe the frosting off and pipe the blueberry filling. At this point I said just add regular frosting instead of the cream cheese lavender color because I’m feeling defeated and I not a conflict type person which I guess is my fault. Then they come out with the cupcakes show me what they made which is the pictures below. Prior to seeing my cupcakes I see the other person next to me have a beautiful custom cake made. I’m feeling an embarrassed to give these cupcakes to her that clearly look like a mistake with these residual sprinkles and I’m gonna have to fix it. They charged me $1 per cupcake making it $20 ish. I get they baked those goods but given the circumstances of what I asked for and what I got, I really should have paid nothing.

I get mistakes happened. But what I care more about is that it didn’t feel like they cared about what it was for or the significance. They just wanted to fulfill the order and move on. I’m very disappointed in the lack of empathy of the situation. Unfortunately I don’t know if I will order ahead here again based off...

Extremely disappointed with the interaction I just had with the manager. I ordered a cake from Bella Napoli, I asked for a vanilla cake, the girl said they don’t have vanilla only yellow, I SPECIFICALLY stated WE DO NO LIKE YELLOW, and got ready to end the conversation, the girl said wait we actually do have vanilla! I said great and placed my order for pickup for the next day. Upon cutting the cake, it was in fact YELLOW. I spoke to a manager, who didn’t even say her name when getting on the phone, it is whatever female manager that was working on Thursday 1/21/21 at 5pm. She argued with me saying they don’t have WHITE cake, that yellow is vanilla, a simple google search will show a vanilla cake is EITHER white or yellow, the point is I specifically stated that I DID NOT WANT A YELLOW CAKE, if that’s all they served was yellow and it was an apparent difference why did the girl WHO WORKS THERE not know there was a difference nor know what they serve at her place of employment? At the end she said to bring in the uneaten cake that I already told her we threw out, and then even THE MANAGER started mixing up the two (saying vanilla was white and yellow is yellow)! I called her out on it, she tried correcting herself and continuing to argue I interrupted and said thank you and hung up. RIDICULOUS! The cake was $15+ for a very small cake, waste of time and money, had I been properly informed by the worker who should know what her work serves, I would have went to Walmart who has a much cheaper and better cake. I go here very often, I will not be returning. Hope the $15 was worth it, I’m sure you don’t care that you lose one customer based on your poor attitude and customer service, I can confidently conclude that is a fact. I don’t believe the customer is always right, but in this case I WAS, own your mistake and shut...

Ah, Bella Napoli, where the customer service is so heavenly, it feels like a divine comedy—only less divine and more comedy. My saga began on June 17th when I ordered a $55 chocolate ganache cake for my mom’s birthday on June 27th. Paid in full, I was expecting a slice of heaven. Enter Manager Theresa, the guardian of chaos, who called on my mom’s special day to inform me that my cake was MIA. Apparently, someone didn't show up to bless the cake with cream, and she tried to tempt me with a mere mortal coffee cake instead. And, oh, it wasn’t even equivalent to the same price! She insisted that only one chosen soul knew the sacred art of making the ganache cake. When my mom, bless her heart, contacted the store, Theresa continued her crusade to push the coffee cake on her. My mom, who clearly has more sense than to fall for such underworld tricks, questioned her, only to be told once again that our cake’s fate was sealed by the absence of the sole ganache artisan. Fast forward to June 28th, I ventured into Bella Napoli, hoping to claim my rightful piece of paradise. The front counter angels, bewildered by my tale, agreed that I deserved the cake I had ordered. They went to the back, and—hallelujah—a cake materialized! But wait, this wasn’t a heavenly creation; it was a smudged, pre-sliced monstrosity. They tried to pass off a pre-done cake as my custom order. In summary, if you’re looking for an experience that feels like a descent into cake purgatory, Bella Napoli is your place. Just pray you don't need Theresa's intervention, unless you're in the mood for some unholy coffee cake.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Bella Napoli and saw the variety of baked goods and pastries they offer. There’s truly something for everyone! On my first visit, I had their coffee and a cheese danish. The danish was buttery and flaky, just how I like it. A friend had the brownie cheesecake, which I only had a bite of, but oh my—it was creamy with a rich, fudgy layer. I’ve never had a brownie cheesecake before, but it’s definitely on my list to try again next time. I also sampled some of their classic cookies. Their fudge fancies and black and white cookies were great, with the cookies being even better than I expected. Service is super quick, but I do wish they had more coffee options and that the coffee line wasn’t separate from the bakery line, so you wouldn’t have to wait twice to grab a cappuccino or other drinks. There’s usually a bit of a line, but it moves fast, and they have a few tables to sit at. The bakery also has a fun and welcoming vibe with its decor.
