This was the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Today with this cookie place. And with it only being nationals daughters day yesterday I would have never spent a shining penny there! 12:40-12;44p 9/26/25 we entered the store with our daughters and our disabled non verbal niece who their stared at while we was asking her to point to what she want like she was from another planet. Very rude she is human. Strike 1. But we paid that no mind. To make the story short the prices on the tv screen was wrong 4pk $15.99 and 6pk 15.99 however that was not what we were going to be charged. We simply asked the workers about the pricing they proceeded to say the price needs to be changed on the tv screen. My sister advised them that isnāt our fault of ours two workers one African American women with box braids another non African women with blonde hair with streaks continually wanted to tell us that the price is wrong and they pretty much wasnāt gonna do anything about it. Now mind you the whole time there is a gentleman with a team leader shirt on that kept his back to us the WHOLE TIME LIKE WE WERE NOONE. Never even addressed us being the person in charged. To be looked down on while we have our children is an ultimate deal breaker for me. Now let me make something very clear before me and my sister became a nurse and state worker we were in customer service for over 15 years so this is nothing NEW to us. Even if we didnāt you donāt treat ppl this way. I work very hard for every dollar I make to attempt to be treated like we have some sort of disgrace. They wouldnāt help us with a manager. I asked for the contact information to make a complaint they tried to verbally tell me an email I had no phone or anything. I mean I asked for their names for my complaints which mind you they had name tags on they were hiding their name tags took them off and everything. Who the heck does this? When I mean totally disgusting . The whole time the male team leader ran to the back and never even made his self seen again. He was actually seen on the side of the building while we were talking to someone on the phone that was given to us. It wasnāt until someone else called (a 4th team member separate from the two Women and the male) contacted someone and let them speak to us on their phone. While the other employees were pretending to get us a contact information and hoping we would disappear. Yall think that was the bad part. When we exited the store they were making faces as to mark our conversation or try to with the team member who did attempt to assist us. Very unprofessional. I DID NOT REALIZE THAT PINK WAS HIGHER THAN GOLD, BUT IT MAKES ME ANGRY BECAUSE IāM THE ONE WHO PAYS FOR IT. HE JUST HAPPENS TO PUT IT ON HIS APP SO HE IS RACKED UP ALL THE CRUMBS INTO HIS ACCOUNT. I look forward to every Monday we get so excited to get the text from Crumbl and pick out our most favorite end recent order and itās like a huge deal in my family that we cut the cookies up with a Crumbl cookie cutter into four sections and we all read it taste it and we save the most amazing flavored cookies Iāll ever have in my life. I take pictures of them and I savor them constantly. I prefer to go in the house and pick up my order because Iām too cheap to pay for delivery but Iām glad I do because when I go there I see how clean everything is and then you can watch everything being done with nothing hidden so you know, you are always getting very clean atmosphere and it is incredible all around. Thereās nothing I have to complain about it. This place is great. What a perfect idea. I hope theyāre around for a long time because I need this Crumbl ššš» So on the side of the box when it says that it brings family and friends together, I know that might sound corny and I donāt really care if I am because it actually does like my teenage boys are feeling the love from their mom and dad because we all Are so enjoying together in our Crumbl cookie beginning of our week. Yes we might happen to fight over the cookies and thatās why my sonās girlfriend bought me the pink Crumbl cookie cutter which Iāve been dying for and that was like one of the best presents Iāve ever gotten in my life because now I know we can cut them evenly into four pieces because we always ordered the huge cookies. Iāve been telling all my coworkers and friends about this place and been buying them Crumbl cookie gift cards because no one can turn down that gift. Itās the best thing to get for somebody. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is an absolute mess. Yesterday my friend ordered a 4 pack at 1:38 PM with a pick up time of 3:10 PM. I ended up getting there shortly late around 3:35. When I arrived- the line was out the door. When I walked in, there was absolutely no breathing room. In order to get to the pick up counter- you had to maneuver yourself through people and were breathing down each others necks. I got to the pickup line with 2 people infront of me. I had to wait 25 minutes for my turn because the people in front of me were not getting helped either.Not a single employee was coming over to check on the people waiting for onlines. Customers had to call out and get an employees attention to be helped. I heard other customers complaining how they ordered online in the morning and were still waiting for their orders. It was finally my turn at the pick up counter. I had to wait another 10 minutes until I finally called an employee over to check on my order. She let me know āthey are backed upā and my order would take another HOUR !!! Immediately I let the young girl at the counter that I wanted to cancel and get my friend her refund. In no way at all was I rude, impatient or disrespectful. The girl tried to figure out my refund- went over to talk to someone else- and then came back and let me know that I was NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND !! because the system was down. The lady in front of me just recieved a refund. I have never ever experienced anything like this. The employees were talking and laughing with each other with a lobby full of impatient and angry customers. I will never go to another crumbl ever again- please do not waste your time here. This location need to be either restaffed...
