⭐ 1 Star - Never Going Back

Absolutely terrible experience at Bora Bora Albany. I ordered a coffee and what I got looked like someone had already taken a few sips — it was half empty and completely cold. I politely asked for a fresh one, thinking maybe it was just a mistake. Instead of fixing it, I got attitude from the employee, who defensively claimed, “Steamed milk comes like this.”

Really? Since when does “steamed milk” mean half a cup of lukewarm disappointment? That’s not how coffee works — that’s just laziness dressed up as an excuse.

Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Just a smug attitude and cold coffee. If you’re in Albany and thinking of stopping by, do yourself a favor and don’t. There are plenty of better places that know how to make a coffee and treat customers with...

Love this cafe. When I first saw it, I mentioned that it reminded me of NYC and, sure enough, they have a cafe there. I usually get a juice or smoothie and always pick up some dubai chocolate bars since I am too lazy to make my own. I recently saw on their menu that they have the dubai chocolate strawberry cups and got one today. Oh my goodness … it was soooo good! You must try it.

The cafe is decorated very nice and is always clean. I love that when you get a drink to go, they cover it with plastic so it can’t be tampered with or spill.

The prices are fairly reasonable and I like that their juices and smoothies come in two sizes.
