I wish I had read the reviews prior to making the trip and wasting my money. 17 dollars for half a little salad is highway robbery. I waited too long for a very unhappy girl to take my order. She tapped on the computer screen and made the cash transaction all while wearing her dirty kitchen gloves. As she headed back to the kitchen I had to ask her to change the gloves. She touched them and then touched the new ones without washing her hands so basically just transferred the germs from the money. As I waited forever I had the chance to look around. EVERYTHING WAS FILTHY. The kitchen was a mess. The floors covered. The pick up counter dirty. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The garbage can was full and packed solid so the floor was the only place left to throw the garbage. The toilet seat I can't even describe here. Every single table In the place was dirty. I had to choose the least sticky one. Her dirty gloves were probably the cleanest thing in this place. My expensive salad was HALF FULL. I could not believe it! Hardly any lettuce and barely any toppings! No salsa on a Fiesta salad? I thought it was because I did not tip the crabby server but I saw another review stating they received half a smoothie so... Clifton Park BB makes such a large salad I eat it in two meals and Latham BB I left there starving. And wondering if I would catch an illness. The only other person in there went back up to the counter to complain that their bowl wasn't made correctly. They looked up the ingredients on their phone to show the rude server after she argued with them. She eventually apologized to them so maybe I should have shown her my half full salad and demanded they put the toppings on it. This place is ridiculous! You owe me a salad! They have no pride whatsoever! I hope the health department...

Went with my husband to enjoy a nourishing meal and we were met with a Rude heavier set lady at the cashier. She was working Saturday, February 2nd. I didn’t understand why she was providing such terrible customer service, appearing as if we had done something wrong to her to deserve such treatment. Then she was yelling at someone that the store closes at 5 so I believe she was upset because we walked in 5 mins before close. We had no idea. She could have politely told us they were closing for the day and we would have no problem going back the following day.

Latham location is really nice and clean. Order prepared promptly. Egg nog bowl was way too strong on cinnamon. Did not bring back bc of another issue on a matcha latte.

One question was the Matcha latte bought at this location had coffee in it this time. Staff said always had coffee and do not have tea In shop and seemed annoyed when brought it back. Matcha is a powdered green tea. It is listed under coffee blends but other menu items list when contains coffee. Wondering if need to ask for no coffee. Other locations never had coffee. There is an inconsistency somewhere. We frequent multiple locations. Just curious if need to ask for no coffee. Coffee and tea mix is not common to me for this style latte.
