Terrible Service!!! I've been here a handful of times, mostly for in and out stuff, broadheads, arrows...easy money for S&S. Tonight (11/2/2016)was the first time I needed some service on my bow. My bow started shooting low and my index felt all off. I walk up to the counter and there are two guys sitting there cutting out decals, older guy and a younger kid. I'm standing right in front of them and they don't say a word...nothing. So I just start telling them about my problem, the store is empty by the way. I get a blank stare for a few seconds and older guy reluctantly takes my bow and looks it over. He notices the serving is loose around the peep, which is causing it to shoot off. He pushes the D loop back about an 1/8" and hands it back and goes back to cutting decals. At this point I'm like are you serious right now. So I ask, "I'm good?" He tells me I'm good to go, without looking up from what I'm assuming is the most important vinyl cutting job he has ever had. I ask if I can get some range time to shoot some arrows to confirm. He doesn't even stop cutting decals to charge me, which I guess is good for me. I go shoot and there is no change, shoots low. I shoot 3 arrows and leave. I'll never go back there. I leave S&S and drive back home. I see Doc's on Niagara Falls Blvd is open until 8PM, which is about 10 minutes from my house I should add, and without me telling Doc anything other than I started shooting low he diagnoses the same exact issue, measures where the D loop and nock locator are, measures the draw and asks me if I'd like him to redo the serving. This is less than an hour before closing time. He does it on the spot. I'm back up in less than a half hour. I buy some extra broadheads and talk to him about signing my daughter up for lessons. Doc has a customer for life. Actually probably two counting my daughter. Either the guys working at S&S don't have the ability to service a bow or they are straight up lazy. Either way, never going back. What a waste of time and gas to come from Buffalo on a week night. If I could rate less than a star I would. I'm sure allot of people have had good experiences there but they need some quality control on their night staff....

Got lied to my face by an employee and the owner about what happen with my bow and they placed the blame on Mathews. I have great respect for Mathews, so I called them personally and explained that S&S stated that Mathews never sent the product (keep in mind this was 2 months after dropping off my bow!) Mathews pulled up the order and informed me that S&S never even placed the order until the day before I called Mathews and Mathews said it had just been shipped that morning. Never will I direct people their way or give them any of my business. I have purchased 3 bows with this place and nothing felt better than telling them to enjoy losing another customer. (Had issues with each bow I bought from them as well this wasnât the first time...
Read moreMy first time there was when I purchased my bow, I wanted to learn to shoot and hunt. The price couldn't be beat. But it's the service I've received everytime I've walked in since then that sets this place apart from every other store. I got to practice in an amazing indoor range, they helped me sight it in, taught me little tricks that made a huge difference, and ALWAYS made me feel welcome. In less than a year, in my fourth time in the woods, I shot a beautiful buck. And when I brought it there to have it mounted I think they were just as excited as I am!!! You just can't get this type of experience from going to a franchise store! I'll never go anywhere else. If your looking for great products, great service, expert advice, and honest people then this is the only store you should visit!!! Thank you S&S for...
