Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note months ago with the promotion of a $200.00 rebate. My rebate approval notification was emailed to me months ago, I have yet to see any check. I have contacted the store numerous times, the only support or return phone calls have been from Amanda. She has made calls to Samsung with the report of a "glitch " in the system, that I would get an email from Samsung and my check would be mailed. Still no email, no check. Now the Regional manager Tim is involved...his message on my phone today "glitch" in the system, should receive an email and a check in the mail!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT THEY ARE WORTHLESS! HOW COULD A COMPANY WITH THAT MUCH MONEY RIP ME OFF!!! VERIZON....I WANT MY MONEY..YOU SOLD THIS PHONE TO ME AND HAVE TOTALLY GIVEN ME THE RUN...

I bought my aunt a new phone, and they told her that they couldn't active an UNLOCKED Pixel 4a (even though Verizon sells the phone as well). After days of telling her they couldn't do it they told her they could sell her a new phone instead. It's a brand new phone! Then when we called to try to assist, they lied and told us that they had tech issues and that was why they couldn't help, even though they told her the phone was the issue.

   Read moreOn May 23rd I went into the place to see what they could do with my iPhone 6. They told me Verizon doesnât support 6âs any more ( which is a lie, I called Verizon directly when I left). My phone had to be reactivated because something was wrong with the SIM card or something. Well fast forward to today and see on my Verizon bill that 25g with unlimited talk and text had been added to 5 of the lines on my plan at a cost of 29.99 each line!!! The problem, I ALREADY HAVE UNLIMITED EVERYTHING!!!! There was NO reason to add except they are inept or finding a way to make more money. I will never take my phone or anything to them, Iâll go directly to an actual Verizon store. Over an hour on the phone and finally had all the billing fixed and the source of the problem.
