Rude rude rude... the sales person complained and didn't even try to help me with sales. He complained to his sales partner about me for taking to long looking for the coupon. I asked for help and his response was that he knows nothing about coupons and sales from the store. He sounded so fed up when I'm asking for help. I used to be a regular customer and bought so many tools from helpful sales people from this store in Cortland. But these two rude sales people are awful. I chose not to buy my tools and supplies from them. I walked out not without letting them two know how rude and disrespectful they were to me. Awful experience and never buying again from a store that I once loved to buy...

From first hand experience I have seen how badly this store treats their employees. They over work there employees and expect them to take on responsibilities that are not in there job description and makes the employee feel obligated to do those activities in fear of loosing there job. I have also watched this store grant vacation time to employees then at last minute revoke that vacation time and for them to work while telling the employee that they need to step up and work. The managers and intermediate managers of this store should be ashamed of themselves for putting there responsibilities upon...

Update: The store manager helped make it right. I have changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Still frustrated with corporate for not providing enough stock to their stores for sales.

Very disappointed. It doesn't make sense to run a "one day only" sale and not have any of the product on sale actually in the store. I was told that if I just wanted to drive another 30+ minutes I could find a store that had it in stock. Such a waste. Really makes me reconsider having an "Inside Track" Membership with this store.
