I would like to share my recent experience with Pam Smith at Reeds Jewelers in Dewitt. From the moment I asked Pam for her help in upgrading my 20 year old wedding band, she truly listened to my ideas of what I was trying to do. She knew exactly what I was envisioning and helped me get exactly that. My beloved engagement ring is set in yellow gold and also contains baguettes making it difficult for me to find the perfect wedding band. Pam showed me a picture of a cradle she thought would compliment my engagement ring. Coincidentally, it was the same cradle I had saved on my phone 3 months prior...but it was set in white gold. Once Pam explained that they could custom make the cradle for me in yellow gold, I was ecstatic! Not only was I truly thrilled with this stunning creation, I could see that Pam was honestly happy to see that I was so delighted. I will contact Pam for all my future jewelry needs. Pam was patient while I asked my questions, attentive to the details about what I was looking for, and knowledgeable about having jewelry custom made. What really impressed me the most, was Pam's empathy. From the excitement during the ordering and the anticipation while waiting for the ring to be completed right up through the thrill of finally revealing my new ring to me! Bought my girl friend (who is now my fiance') an engagement ring, back in July of 2018. Nate was the associate that helped me. What a great guy he is!! Very professional and polite. Great guy to talk to. I had a budget in mind,and he showed me rings in my price range. He really knows his stuff! We ended up putting 2 rings together (his idea of course) and he made a phone call to see if they had the cut (diamond) in stock. They did!! I was super happy with my experiance! Reed's was not the first Jewelry store that I had gone to in search for an engagement ring, but the moment I walked in and talked to the employees I knew it's where I was going to purchase. Kristy was very knowledgeable and able to find me a ring that matched what I was looking for. We ordered the ring to be made and set a due date a few days before the planned proposal. I got a call from Kristy the weekend before the proposal to let me know the ring would be one day late, this was fine because we had set the due date early. Next thing you know, Kristy is calling me to let me know that she is personally driving up to Rochester to get the ring from their Jeweler in order to make sure it's on time.
