Please hire people who are good at customer service. Or actually, get an AI assistant service.
In syracuse if you have 10 branches, with 3 crappy customer service workers that must cost at least 1-1.5 million dollars a year to maintain those useless facilities that doesnât (quantitively speaking) help anyone. Even worse, as a new potential customer, I am repelled to proceed, because your customer service didnât show any interest in making me join, and even told us if we upgrade it will be âmuch much more expensiveâđ maybe you guys need to convince your own customer service of your plans worthiness?! (Not to mention the insinuation that we canât afford to upgrade!)
The maintainer cost of those branches potentially can go to lowering plans prices and getting new customers with much better online or offline service!
May 10th, around noon, Cameron was supposedly assisting us with finding new suitable plan, but he was in a rush, we actually couldnât handle the attitude and left without asking further questions, as he seemed âbotheredâ with the questions, bothered with laying out details of plans and options, with an attitude that assumed we should just know it!
Cameron probably doesnât know why it matters to work on customer service or how to make it matter!!
My boyfriend came earlier to the same branch before and he met with a different guy who was much nicer and explained everything in detail to him. A guy who actually appreciates working in customer service (will update with name when we meet him again)

My and my brother went into the store thinking we were going to have a hard time and spend a lot of money but it was the complete opposite. My brother was in a family plan and I had my own prepaid plan. My brother wanted to leave the family plan and I was going to take his place in it. I thought I was going to have to get a new SIM card and notify my employer and my friends and family and it wouldâve been a hassle but Adam came to the rescue. Adam did his absolute best to get me the cheapest amount and he did just that. We were able to cancel my brothers account and replace it with my current number and they charged us $0.00. It was my best experience by far in any phone service company. Once again Thank you Adam! Your very much appreciated and I will never forget...
   Read moreWish I could give this place less than 1 star. I donât know how T-Mobile had the funds to buy Sprint because they have not never been helpful and assisted me with my phone services. After my hour long wait (after calling and being told it would be a quick fix) the employee couldnât stop checking her Apple Watch notifications during my service. Donât recommend going here for help because theyâll only give you attitude and make you wait then try to fix your phone only by turning it off and back on again. I also have never been so disrespected in a professional environment by a âManagerâ trying to explain to me why she canât offer a customer phone service.
