Dollar General — Local services in Town of Dryden

So I've been a regular customer at the DG for about three years now. It's a very convenient place to shop when you live at poets landing in dryden and you have no transportation. Plus dollar general really has almost everything and the prices are reasonable. This all sounds great. Your probably Wondering why I put one ⭐ about 6 months ago (maybe more maybe less my memory sucks) this woman started working there. I'm no longer "aloud in her store". I guarantee if your any type of repeat customer than you know what woman I'm talking about. She shorter, got glasses, she's miserable all of the time. She has got the worst attitude I've seen in customer service in a long time if ever. I first encountered this woman's terrible attitude when we were checking out. My friends benefit card has seen better days but it still works. It just takes a little bit of patience. Something she clearly doesn't have.she kept telling to do this and do that and on and on. It's one thing to be helpful it's another thing to be telling someone what to do. Anyways every time we went in there and she's been working it's miserable 😣 misery loves company. She got into a disagreement with my friend about his card every time, she got into a disagreement with him about the price of soda when he was just simply asking a few questions because he was confused .which turns out he should have been confused because the prices didn't match at all. So I was in there about a week and a half ago and I did what i always do. The same things for literally the last three years. I go to checkout. Mind you I'm spending about $53 in cash. Not food stamps not nothing cash money. In her normal miserable mood she rings up my stuff and than hands me my receipt. While handing this to me she says "I'm gonna need to check your bag." "Excuse me?" I said in shock!! She repeats herself. I ask "why? Why do you need to search my bag?" She says " your not aloud in here with yñour bag." I almost started laughing. So I walked out. Well she followed me out and while I'm loading the car she says behind me "either you let me search your bag or your banned from my store" I looked at her and said "well I guess I'm banned than." She than keeps going while I getting in the car. There is no sign on the door that says to leave your bag up front or no bags or whatever. I have been shopping there for 3 years I've never been told that I had to leave my bag upfront. Who is she to tell me she's going to search me. She kicked me out because I'm friends with toad aka terry George. She's now kicked his girlfriend out as well. For no reason. I've been back in the store. When she's not working. There was no problems. It's just her. Corporate needs to do something ASAP. I've worked in customer service in the past. She's the perfect example of what not to do. I understand there are problems filling these positions. However filling them with arrogant rude no it all vindictive ppl. Is not worth it. That's all I've got. Hopefully someone does something because your loosing a bunch of your local regulars 😣😐 #FIRE HER #CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

It was so so there where two people behind the register"s when I was heading to the register.. As I was almost too the register. Both of the went in the office. So I was left in front of the register for over ten minutes. Then when I was getting wrong out I got four soda"s an asked for a Pac of cigarettes as well . So he wrong me up at this point an I got my cigarettes. An I figured he would have put the sodas in a bag for me . There was only one cashier and it was extremely busy. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. I was patient because it wasn't the cashier's fault that the scheduling was done poorly, she did very well under the pressure and remained professional and friendly. The store was disorganized and the clothing is crammed together too closely so you are not able to look individual items without removing multiple items. My purchases also did not ring up for the sale prices advertised and the cashier had to double-check the sale signs holding up the line even longer. It...
