Update on poor customer service experience.

I’d recommend them for tire service. Professional customer service. They fit me in as a walk in customer , replaced a damaged tire and I have had no issues with new tire replacement. Reasonable rates and quality work.

I am disappointed writing this review update and genuinely concerned for the public's safety doing business with this tire company under the management Rich Burnley handlings. First time experiencing poor quality work and awful customer service. A three time come back issue since purchasing four tires his response was accusing me I hit a curb or pothole bent my rim, I did not hit anything, he told me come get my car and hung up on me. I showed up he had pictures of the rim refusing any customer service offers for the fact that I was just in there recently reporting the tire light was back on, an inspection done at the same time , no rim issue reported to me causing tire damage. As I discussed this matter he told me to leave or he was going to call the police on me. I merely upgraded my tires to be safe. Doing business within my community is important to me. The quality and customer service has changed drastically. Had my tire blown out on the highway my family or others could have been injured. One star because it's the only way the review would post. I’m truly disappointed having to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others about the unprofessional behavior and poor service from Rich at this tire shop. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed grease stains all over my driver’s seat and steering wheel. When I politely mentioned it to Rich, his response was rude and dismissive. He told me it must’ve already been dirty and walked away mid conversation. I asked if someone could at least wipe it down, and he said they were “too busy” and that I was “making a big deal over nothing.” A few days later, my tire pressure light came back on. When I returned, Rick accused me of overinflating my own tires and refused to inspect them without charging me again. After insisting, another employee quietly checked and found one of the valve stems loose, clearly from their last service. Instead of apologizing, Rich raised his voice and told me to take my car elsewhere. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I needed new tire’s apparently. So many local places around to choose from. I chose Warren Tire in East Greenbush and I picked the right one! First off the staff was more than friendly and helpful. Rich at the service desk was personable and also lead me in the right direction in what new tires I should look into but also happily understood that I was looking to go cheap because well I think we all really know why..everything is so expensive currently. Nick was the guy who worked on my car and when they said it would be approximately an hour… it was done in 30 mins. I didn’t feel as if I was impatiently waiting at any point of time, I was surprised that it was done so quick! Not to mention they helped me figure out a sound my car was making. Anyways this is the place to go! And funny thing to mention, the picture below is all Nissan Rogues we’re in the bay...
