HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT RETURN.. we took our 2 and 6 year old here about 3 weeks ago and purchased the punch card good for 12 activities. On our first trip there we first did the basketball... I was unaware the slide that was in the same area as the basketball was an additional "stamp" and my 2 year kept trying to go on it. After my family and I being in the area for over 20 minutes a gentleman comes over and decides to yell at my son not to climb up the slde and show his stamp. I grabbed my son and said I didnt realize it was a stamp and was annoyed how he spoke NOT TO ME but my child.

Today I went back and the same gentleman decided again to scream at my son after I was with him.. right next to him.. telling him to not go on the slide.. but honestly any 2 year old would be doing the same thing he was going. My issue with this place is this.... if you have activities that require a "stamp" or an operator...make them present and available. Also.. do not speak to a CHILD when the parent is standing right there. And tone is everything.. this man was clearly yelling at my child as another parent who was standing right there said... the mom is right there.

On top of the awful customer service they do not wipe down go karts after each use. You have to wait for people to come operate the rides. Activities are extremely outdated and over priced for there age.

TERRIBLE AND I CANT STRESS...

I haven’t been to funplex in a long time. My friend and I took our sons there, 10 and 8. First off the lady at the ticket counter was ridiculously friendly and really started off the day with a family type of vibe. The prices are a little high but not compared to all the similar activities in the area. The boys loved the bumper boats but out of the 4 boats we were in, only one was fully charged and able to zip around, 1 completed died before our time was up, and the other 2 were clearly on their last few minutes of battery juice. But they were fun and we all got soaked. The staff around the entire funplex were friendly and polite. After the boats we headed to the go karts which again the boys loved, I will say as a parent it was tough with so many kids driving not following the rules on not bumping or just driving like idiots. After those the boys hopped into the hurricane simulator. Pro tip save your $2 it was a complete let down. We finished the day here with a round of mini golf. We loved it and the course was in surprisingly good shape for the most part. The boys did play the shooting game; however they did not enjoy that as they couldn’t really figure out what was going on. Overall we left funplex happy with our days adventures and the boys asking to go back. It ended up costing around $100 or so for all of these activities and all 4 of us doing...

We were there for a birthday party. It was my first time there and my sons second (he went last year and he didnt have a lot of fun). Place looked a bit run down in areas. The mini golf is in need of repair. Instead of clearing a pipe they blocked the hole that allows the ball to go down to try and get a hole in one. Lots of broken parts and just run down. There was also a trampoline that you are hooked to which the kids enjoyed, but they had a young man working it, and it was his first day and working alone. He was amazing but seemed a bit awkward. Honestly if thwt was me and a company had me working on equipment to protect customers and no one stayed to train and make sure i understood the job id quit. A kid got stuck and he worked hard to get him out of the harness. Kid was alright and the worker was worried but was assured not to worry and this was not his fault. However when an adult went for help the staff they found didnt seem worried. Not somewhere i would really care to go, especially since i had to go on the go carts with my son. Im sorry those go carts are not meant for adults. Length wise my legs were too long so it was a very uncomfortable...

awesome! for the buck and the distance.staff is very helpful, attentive, friendly and an awesome attitude too..you can see they enjoy their job doing it well..bathrooms were like brilliant white clean with the appropriate water theme pics on the wall for your enjoyment as well.lol! the only thing it lacks is a couple more wholesome snacks for sale for the kiddies and some good juice because pop corn just doesn't do it..i know i probably should have walked the 100' or so feet up to all the food and ice cream but with 2 toddler grandkids on my own was a challenge..they were getting really hangry and so was my wallet,ha! bring a cooler with some food and drinks in case they run out of drinks which they were doing for my grandson's bday party...other than not getting bracelets for all the kids for some reason whoever was supposed to didn't but anyway all my daughter, grand kids and my daughters friend and a couple of others in the party..just a little mix up without a problem though.i had fun so that's all that matters, the kids you'll have to ask them, lol!

It’s a hidden gem.. the perfect five star fun park for kids of any age.. we were driving back from Vermont to New Jersey and found this place on the way.. it’s actually wanted to do some go karting and I found this place through Google and it had good reviews.. yeah even though it’s not the biggest go karting tracks kids had ample fun.. a smaller track but they had about 21 laps per person.. It was fun. Kids went to the go kart twice .. and pricewise. It wasn’t exuberantly expensive like other the so-called go karting tracks… we paid about $70 for 12 activities, which wasn’t bad at all.. There were also batting cages. Kids had fun hitting baseballs at 405060 MPH. Mini golf was fun too… they had 14 holes and somewhere really difficult.. kids also loved the basketball area .. Really good place to past time for about two or three hours . Staff were so friendly and helpful… not much to eat around, but they had cold drinks.. very good experience overall ..
