I had the pleasure of trying two meals from Grand Margaritas, opening soon in East Greenbush, and I can confidently say, this place is going to be amazing!! First, the burrito. It was excellent. PACKED with flavor, perfectly wrapped, and deliciously portioned ( it’s huge!). It’s the kind of dish that makes you stop mid bite and say, “Wowwwww.” I am unbelievably satisfied. The second dish I tried was from their Fit Menu, and it was just as impressive in a totally different way. Loaded with grilled chicken, shrimp, rice, potatoes, and just about everything else you could want in a meal. It didn’t feel like a “healthy option”, it just felt like GREAT food!
