Dollar Tree — Local services in Town of Farmington

Staff was very rude to our boys, told them to stop tearing the place up. In actuality they were being kids looking at various items, one of the boys put an item in a rack as he went outside to hand the phone to his father. He came back in and got the item to put it back. He was approached by an employee and asked where the parents were cause they can't be in the store without them. Because they have kids in there all the time stealing. Just because other kids do does not mean mine will. I was in there the whole time. They also gave my husband a hard time on a return over unopened candy he mistook for sugar free. They stated they don't accept exchanges or returns on food items. Even though the candy didn't even make it into our car before he realized his mistake. Their reciept clearly states they exchange any unopened items. But no refunds. We only wanted to switch it for sugar free. They argued it was store policy but couldnt find it in writing anywhere. They finally said ok to an exchange. But insisted the policy doesn't need to be posted anywhere. Advised them it should be plainly posted so customers would know that, because, I'm sure he's not the only one who mistook a bag of candy or other food for...

This spotless clean the women in there were fantastic and helped me and went out of their way to find me a box and wrap dishes that I got and I got a service for 8 which I looked in several other stores I won't mention discount stores could only find service for for that did not have all the pieces and ended up with service for eight plates bowls mugs dessert plates for $32.25 the other places I look for service for floor without mugs without those are plates 4 / $35 and I say that was service for 4 and they are really pretty plates nice looking plates turquoise which is very hard to find and they packed them up and had the gentleman put them into my vehicle that is the best Dollar Tree that I have been to yet ever and the cleanliness was unbelievable there were sanitizing while I was in there it was just awesome first time in there actually second time first time was 5 minutes to look at those and found them and then this time was to rush back and get them before they were sold out of them because they were so nice and I've been to many Dollar Trees none of them were this spotless clean especially during covid-19 there wiping...

The RUDEST people working here! There is an older lady, short, grey hair up in bun that is so rude I will NEVER go back. I was going to write a comment LAST time I was in but thought no maybe she was having a bad day, but no this is her horrible personality. God forbid you want to check out and she is stocking shelves and you ring the bell, not only does she finish her stocking, she won't answer so you don't know if she heard the bell and when she does finally come to the front to ring you out she is even more miserable. She is not the only clerk that that does this, wonder if it's store policy to continue stocking even when ppl are at the counter piling up. But this morning I had another unpleasant experience here so I am done...
