Kid's Place Learning Center — Local services in Town of Fishkill

Really thought I lucked up when I found this place for my 2 youngest children but instead we were treated very unfair on many occasions by the owners. My children’s teachers were amazing especially Ms Crystal but administrative and the owner (Husband and Wife) dealt with things very poorly and unprofessional. Instead of the responding to me or reaching out to me to let me know what was going on they chose to ignore me and not respond to me and lie to me. I work in childcare as well so during covid I lost hours at work which meant less days my kids spend at daycare and A kids Place was not supportive at all during covid. Instead they found ways to push us out the door and make sure we did not return. They would always talk about me behind my back and smile in my face… And again I work in childcare, have been for 15+ years now and I noticed a change which made me believe my children were being mistreated. I thank God every day they are no longer there. I highly recommend not enrolling your children there. Take it from a mom of 4 and a child care provider, working in daycares since I was 14 years old. We have been at Kids Place for almost 3 years and came from another daycare that I was not happy with. To say my kids love this daycare is an understatement. They always come out happy and smiling and can’t stop telling me all the great things they did that day. The staff are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond and the owners are lovely and always welcoming. I worked in daycare myself and I have to say this is the best run center I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend A Kids Place for your children. My grandson attends the daycare program and my granddaughter attends the after school latch key program. They offer a wide variety of programs to meet every parents' needs, some early morning to late afternoon and all times in between. The staff is excellent, and attentive to your child's needs. I pick up both my grandchildren in the afternoon, and they are always anxious to tell me about their day.
