During my visit, I tried the smoked brisket and the smoked short ribs, and every piece of meat melted in my mouth in the most incredible way. The smoky flavor was perfectly balanced, enhancing the natural taste of the meats without overpowering it. The accompanying sauces, especially their special barbecue sauce, added an extra layer of deliciousness.

I can’t forget the appetizers! were the perfect complements to the meal.

The service was fast and extremely friendly. I had the pleasure of being served by Freddy during my visit, and their outstanding service truly elevated my dining experience. From the moment we sat down, they greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made us feel welcome and valued. I decided to try something new for lunch today, and accidentally came across one of the best dining experiences i've had in my life.

I ordered #43, the mixed grill kebab. Everything about my meal was absolutely delicious, even down to the fine details. Everything was prepared beautifully, & the flavors of each animal were unbelievably good. Even the attention to detail with how the vegetables are prepared surprised me & added to the quality of the meal.

I also had the pleasure of drinking Arabic coffee for the first time, absolutely delicious. I definitely need more of that in my life.

I was served by a young man today, very polite, very professional, & very good at his job.

The atmosphere is really something to notice here, I especially enjoyed the custom paintings decorating the walls. The digital fireplaces surrounding the room are very nice, and makes the whole place feel comfortable & cozy, which was especially appreciated, since it is raining & nothing but cold grey skies today.

From beginning to end, this was an A+, 10/10, excellent spot for lunch today. I will be returning soon, & would encourage others to do so as well.

In final thoughts, I really can't stop thinking about how good the Arabic coffee is... there were so many different flavors working together in a perfect symphony. I am afraid that I'll never be able to go back to enjoying the American coffee I've always known. My appetite for good coffee has now died & been...

Food is great but service was a big problem.

We were charged a 20% forced gratuity for a party of 2. We were one of two parties in the entire restaurant. The waitstaff never mentioned this. We overlooked it on the receipt, since the receipt you sign is not itemized and just shows a tip field. This tip field does not indicate at all it is an extra tip. We ended up paying 40% extra total for our meal. Service charges should always be communicated to patrons.

More minor: we asked for water. We were not asked what type of water. They brought out bottle water. It didnt occur to us we would get charged for this as well. We did not ask for bottled water. If they didn't have tap water, they should have said that.

I understand growing pains, so that's not the issue. We did have rookie waiter issues that I won't mention and will be fair on. But the above made us feel like we got fleeced. This is not midtown Manhattan nor is it the hype of Hudson Valley. A party of 2 on a slow night shouldn't be being charged 20% gratuity for the luxury of patroning an empty restaurant.

I might try take out here, but I'll never be dining in. It's just too expensive. I might change my review in the future if the food is consistently good, but I can't help feeling robbed...
