It’s really unclear when you go what you’re supposed to do if you have an appointment and you’re not a walk in because there’s no check in or system for checking in other than a paper sign in sheet outside the office. I had an appointment, I walked in, and stood in a huge line until someone at a window randomly yelled my name. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude and was one of those kinds of people who are so self-assured of their own correctness that they talk over you and make assumptions about things. Some people should not work in customer service. Anyways, I recommend either finding a different DMV, or if you can’t, just go in with the knowledge that you will be interacting with people who think they’re smart and you’re an idiot and will treat...

So we left and made an appt in dansville ny the same day we had no issues what so ever with our dealings in dansville...
