First thing I want to do is say thank you so much Anderson Family Jewelers. I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring set when the store was owned and operated by David Mann in 2021. About a week ago my wife noticed her main Diamond was gone. We looked everywhere we could possibly think of but sadly never found it. I called Anderson Family Jewelers and told them what happened. They were extremely kind over the phone and said they would take care of me if I took the ring in. Two days ago, on Wednesday, I went in and spoke with them only to learn that the new owners had worked for David Mann for two and a half decades. They treated me with some of the best customer care and service I’ve ever received. They called me today and already had my wife’s rings done. They were spot on with the estimate they gave me, which by no means broke the bank. And the craftsmanship is second to none. If you are looking to support a locally owned, family business look no further because they are the best. Again to the Anderson Family Jewelers, thank you so much. I stopped in to inquire about a clasp repair on my mom's favorite necklace. They were incredibly friendly and took care of my repair (and even cleaned the necklace) while I waited. Highly recommend and I'll be going back to have some watch batteries...
