They were supposed to deliver a tv today between 1:00-3:00pm then I received a text that delivery would be between 3:00-5:00pm. I just called at 4:40pm to confirm delivery and they said unfortunately they won’t be delivering today but Tuesday. So no courtesy call letting me now about this changes. I’ve been home waiting for them, expecting my tv to be delivered today 8/30/25 TV was delivered today 9/2/2025 after waiting all day for them, one person got here at almost 6:00pm( that’s the time the store closes) he asked me to help him bring tv inside because box was broken and if he lifted box tv would fall. I helped him, I signed paperwork and he left. I took out tv from box and plugged it in before placing it where I wanted it but I didn’t get to that point because tv screen is cracked. Told me the items i was interested in was all garbage and wouldn’t be restocking. I requested my consent for prerecorded messages and automated calls be undone and told me a note would be made but can’t make promises.
