The selection was ok, and it was mostly organized. However the customer service is a joke. I walked in to 4 employees all piled on a bench talking about leopard gecko care (they only need their heat light on for 12 hours a day, in case you were wondering), jean sizes (1-6 depending on the brand), and pillow case choices (depending on hair type you should get silk or satin). 🤔 I guess you do learn something new everyday. The "employees" never offered any assistance to myself or the other 4 customers. But they did find time to take a break (I thought they were on break). They then proceeded to go outside. All 4 of them, at the same time. Until 1 customer interrupted said break to go outside and ask for a foot measurer. This prompted 1 (one) of the "employees" to come back inside to assist him, while myself and another customer stood in line to check out. After a few more minutes of waiting the other 3 "employees" came back inside and cashed me out. So...

I bought a pair of slip on shoes Sunday.Tried them on and all was great. Wore them all day Monday and after an hour or so the right shoe loosened up to the point it was actually slipping off my foot. Went back on Tuesday morning.Two women workin there.I explained the situation to them….went in one ear and out the other. One of them said something like wear heavy socks . The other said there’s no exchange or return because I wore them. And said …That’s it ? No response. On the way out one of them sarcastically said…Have a nice day. SO….I’m stuck with a 70.00 pair of shoes which were defective. Unreal customer service…..there was no bargaining,half way...

Sandals were not made right. Toe ring pinched granddaughters toe. Right was ok. Left was put on crooked. She had tried on right one only in store. She put them on in car but when she stepped out it hurt and she took them right off. However it was raining and the soles look as though they were worn. They were not. They cant be refunded because they appear worn Even though they are defective and should not be resold. They didnt have a replacement of any style in her size. Sizes are very limited. They don't do store credit. So I lost the amount of the purchase. Good...
