Never ever go here. Brought my mom in after being very weak at home. Doc in ER says covid and this is what we will do. I disagreed with him on the drug of choice and he said wasn't my decision. Asked him to leave so I could talk with my mom. Explained the drug and it's side effects. She agreed with me. I had to leave as she had covid and I could not stay. After waiting for an hour to see if they were going to admit her I asked the ER desk if they knew, girl looked it up and said looked like they were. The nurse had my phone number and said she would call me. That never happened. They transferred her out to Condell in Libertyville and never bothered to tell me. I called in the morning and got the runaround till I ended up in someone's voicemail, left a message. Finally around 11:30 i I got through to someone who told me she was moved last night. The voice-mail lady finally called around 2, no real explanation as to why I wasn't notified....

Went to the ER. The nursing staff were so kind and helpful. They provided great care and I greatly appreciate everything they did to help. However, the "physician's assistant" was rude, talked overly loud even though I had a migraine type of headache, and ordered un necessary bloodwork, even though I am paying out of pocket, which could have been avoided if she had simply asked me or looked in my medical history. She didn't bother to read the notes the nurse had just taken so I had to repeat everything. I was in pain and in a fog so repeating things all over again was difficult. Maybe the nursing staff can give her lessons in bed side manner. Doctors like her are the reason I avoid getting seen until it does become an emegency situation. She doesn't care and acts like some of us aren't...

Avoid this place at all costs! This has been by far the most painful customer service issue I've had to deal with in my entire life. They charged me $800 for a custom wrist brace (which was a generic brace you can get anywhere for $20). Then it went through a coding review, and they still claimed to be right. Then it got escalated to another level and finally they dropped it down to $140 because they realized they screwed up. THIS WAS IN 2016. NOW THEY ARE SAYING I OWE $168 MORE IN 2019 FOR THAT SAME INCIDENT. I"M GOING...
