Tom's Greenhouses and Florist — Local services in Town of Goshen

I can't recommend Tom's Greenhouse and Florist enough!!! We had to plan a small wedding this year last minute due to everything going on, and went here hoping they would be able to create centerpieces, bouquets, and a boutonniere. Gary was extremely knowledgable and helpful! He was able to look at a couple of photos that I sent him and know my exact vision and what flowers would look best and also be in season. He put together truly BEAUTIFUL centerpieces, and I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful my bouquet was! EXACTLY what I had envisioned and wanted.

I then called Gary 2 days before my wedding, asking if there was any way he could make another bouquet for my maid of honor and also deliver the flowers for me on the morning of the event. Without hesitation, Gary delivered the flowers and made another BEAUTIFUL bouquet (you would have had NO idea I called that in 2 days beforehand).

He had all kinds of vase options, flower and greenery suggestions, and he was so helpful! Tom's Greenhouse was also very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of the arrangements.

I placed my order for Valentine’s Day a week in advance, scheduled a time on the website and the order never came. When I call to check on the eta hours after the delivery window they claim we don’t do scheduling. Weird because your website literally has that option. The guy I spoke to on the phone says “idk where you’re getting that from we don’t have that option on the website. I ordered a week in advance to avoid these issues. I ordered a premium bouquet with a premium price plus a delivery fee plus a generous tip. He didn’t even care to make it right. He cuts me off and just wants to refund me to get me out of his hair. Just terrible customer service. Valentine’s Day or not this is what you do. Don’t give me that sad song that you’re busy. Be grateful you’re busy and do better. The delivery was 6 miles away. I HIGHLY recommend Gary from Tom's Greenhouses and Florist for the amazingly beautiful flowers he and his team arranged for my wedding. I showed him some inspirational pictures and Gary listened and offered his professional opinion when I had questions.

I was in awe as I walked through the venue where our wedding was held and saw the beautiful table centerpieces and other floral arrangements throughout. The vibrant colors were amazing. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting them. They were more than happy to take them home at the end of the night. Days later I was getting pictures from people displaying them in their home or office.
