Sorrento Gourmet Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Goshen

If I could rate them less then a 1 Star I would. After receiving such a horrible experience I read some of these reviews and I’m wondering if it’s lies because I’m a nurse I do private care in Chester. I called and ordered me and my patient a large pizza and a soda I googled the place it was only 9 minutes away from my patients house but they took a hour and a half which was rediculous because of how close I am to them. Then the delivery guy gets here which was the owner of the restaurant which makes it even worse that the owner was delivering and had such a nasty attitude after taking forever and Poot customer service. The pizza box was ice cold so I opened it and the pizza was not only cold but messy looking like the box had been flipped upside down I tried to be nice about it and just asked if they could make and send another pizza he got nasty with me and I explained to him I’m a customer spending money with you nobody deserves to have a cold pizza delivered to them and they’re paying for it so he got sarcastic and was like well it’ll be another hour just to let you know!! Im a local Goshen resident who actually gave this establishment a 5 star review 4 years ago, but unfortunately deleted it tonight! I ordered a family style 25 inch pie, which i have done many times before with no issues. Well , tonight started off with the woman who answered the phone and understood nothing i was basically saying to her. It helps if the person taking the orders actually speaks English. Then my neice picks up the pizza and walks out with 2 boxes??? So i said whats this, well this was 4 slices in each box because supposedly they didnt have the box to fit the pizza they sell, which ive have got before, available. Well im sure they didnt think when i got home i would put the (cold) $40 dollar pizza together and measure it. Well suprise suprise, 22.5 inches. Maybe 2.5 inches dosent sound big, but lets get serious, its 2.5 inch round , thats adds up! My point is this, dont think your customers are stupid, and remember there is at least 3 other pizzerias in Goshen. So i guess Goshen tomato pie will be the lucky winner of our weekly buisness! I absolutely have made this pizzeria one of my favorites here in Orange County. I would always past this location on my way home from work, and decided to take a chance. I was blown away by the flavors that came from their specialty slices, just by the way they were described made my mouth start to water and I couldn't wait to take my 1st bite...lol OMG EACH SLICE HAD IT'S OWN FLAVOR BOMB ON MY PALLET!! I can't even tell you guys in words, this is a have to experience review!!! Go and see for yourself. I'm attaching some photos and hope the visual will stimulate your need to have a slice...lol but this place is great, staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and service was on point. Prices are a lil on the high end, but you get what you pay for which is a great, like no other pizza flavor experience..the chef is great, the host is very friendly and again wear a napkin around your neck when he's describing the flavors...OMG AGAIN...I'd always stop here once I'm in the area.
