This is my third time coming to Pharmacy. This place has not disappointed. We come for dinner on Friday nights typically. We enjoy the upstairs because it’s a bit more intimate. In terms of service, Matt has been our waiter all 3 times and he’s an absolute pleasure. Really good guy. Gives great advice on the menu, and is extremely attentive. For the food, we’ve had the Ribeye on 3 different occasions (with bernaise, truffle butter and the crimini/porcini demi glaze). All three are fantastic. We’ve had the duck confit tacos, the short rib goulash, tuna tartar, deviled eggs. The goulash is a definitely must. And I’d strongly recommend the tacos followed by the tartar. Haven’t had the crab cakes but that’s next! The wines are well selected! Most of them have been really nice. The cocktails are mixed. Some of them were really good, but a couple were not my taste. Just an excuse for me to try more! The space is beautiful. Especially the upstairs.

Great service. The atmosphere is great, very adorable - for example the medicine bottle for your receipt. Food is excellent: fried provolone cheese in marinara and pesto sausages; escargot served untraditional and interesting in a puffy croissant-like dough/pastry and creamy sauce; chicken wings were excellent. T-bone steak was quality meat but it was not done to excellence, it was not best. But still it was good, so counting overall experience with the other dishes and drinks and service leaving 5 stars. Cocktails are amazing and unique. Desert: cheesecake is definitely home made, it was fluffy. Service was excellent. TIP: make sure you tell them to hold off on the main course! It’s not timed well, so it will come too soon and you will have to blend it with appetizers.

Edit: Just saw the response from owner. That review wasn’t even the one I’m speaking of. Yet another review about this type of thing was from username “C'est La Vie T” and mentioned a fake tip being added onto her credit card slip after she left. Also, as I mentioned, the server offered a $4 refund of the $13 tip that was fraudulently signed on my credit card slip. Not really sure what she told her boss, but I’m not shocked.

*Fake tip added to my signed credit card receipt after I left. Other reviews show that I am not the first, unfortunately.

I went for a friend’s birthday brunch a couple weeks ago. When I got home, we realized our waitress had added an extra $19 charge for a bottomless mimosa. We figured it was just a mistake so we decided to let it go. Since I was the only one not drinking that day, my friends wanted to cover my portion of the tip to make the split bill more fair. For this reason, I left the tip empty on my credit card slip. A week later, I noticed that my card had been charged for a $13.54 tip which I had not written on the slip. I decided to call, since this was now $32.54 that we had been overcharged. After repeatedly asking to speak to a manager, I kept getting the server instead, who argued that we did have 3 people drinking bottomless mimosas and that I had written in the $13.54 tip. She claimed she had the slip and could see it. Then said she would check the cameras and call me back in two days. The cameras proved that I was right about the drinks, so we were refunded the $19. However for the tip, she kept insisting I put the tip on the card (which all 5 people in my party remember me not doing, since that’s how we worked out splitting the bill). When I asked to come to the restaurant and see “my handwriting”, I was told they don’t have the slip. Then I was told that she would return $4 of the tip and keep the other $9 to cover the cost of my Diet Coke and orange juice that she hadn’t charged me for (I noticed they weren’t on the bill, but I know other bars give free soft drinks to the DD, so I thought nothing of it). I’m not sure why she thought it was acceptable to steal from me by writing a fake tip on my card and then negotiate how much of the stolen tip would be returned. After looking at past reviews, I found out I’m not the first person this has happened to, so please check your credit card statements closely after visiting this restaurant. I’m just accepting that I won’t get my money back, at this point it’s not...

This restaurant is T E R R I B L E!!! I went here Dec 2020 for my birthday dinner with my partner. I didn't tell them it was my birthday or make a big deal about it as I just wanted a nice night out to dinner. I then reached out to them via FB messenger and received an unacceptable response. I reached out to them before this review in an effort to provide feedback and allow them acknowledge it. Instead they put blame on their staff and saw no fault in their service.

Here is my message to them: Hi. I want to tell you about my dining experience last night. After being shown to our reserved table, our waitress, Amy, arrived 10 minutes later. Then 20 minutes after we ordered our first drink, I inquired would we be getting our drinks soon? I was told, uh, the bartender didn't send them up yet. Our drinks finally arrived after 40 minutes, ungarnished. So, here we are 5 more minutes for a lime. It was my birthday dinner, and just wanted a nice night out, but instead spent it agitated that our server had no time management skills and lacked any sense of urgent. I ordered the 1/2 chicken entrée. It was rubbery and hot, it seemed microwaved. This was not my first time at this new restaurant and have been pleased with all other experiences. Cherokee was our server once. She was fantastic! I really didn't want to be complaining last night. I hope your new establishment is successful and you'll accept this feedback as an opportunity for additional training.

They responded saying they will get back to me shortly, I responded the next day thanks, then the next day I got:

Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for not responding sooner as we have been busy with the holiday and holiday weekend. We will bring this to Amy's attention and hope she can learn from the criticism. We all try our best to provide the best possible service and food sometime we fall short and sometimes whatever can go wrong will. I can assure you that your chicken was not microwaved as we don't employ one in our kitchen. Thank you once again for taking the time to alert us to these issues. We hope to see you soon and once again provide you with stellar service & food.

ok....yes it was a nice response but accept the fact that you need to proive better training, don't blame it on the server! Also, how did the restaurant manager not noticed the slow service?? They should be on top of this. Oh, and I will NEVER return or recommend...

I recently convinced my colleagues to try this place since we order out practically every night for dinner with a large order. I want to start by saying the food was good, but every other aspect was not. Last week I placed a large to go order at 6:15 PM. When I arrived to pick-up the order I was short a lot of money and when reviewing the receipt there was a 20% gratuity added to my bill which ended up being $65 in gratuity for this large order. When I asked I was told that the computer automatically adds 20% gratuity to bills over $250. We ALWAYS tip regardless on our takeout orders, but that was a shock and something I should’ve been advised of when I placed the order. I am not complaining about leaving gratuity, but when you get blindsided with a 20% gratuity totaling $65 when you have never experienced that on any takeout order, ever, it was a shock and came out of my pocket. That needs to be addressed when someone is placing a large order because that is not normal practice on takeout. Now after that horrible incident we decided to go back today with a much smaller order (2 items). We called at 6:08 PM and was told that they don’t do any takeout orders past 6 PM! Shocking, considering the week prior I placed a $300 order much after 6pm.

Only two dealings and both have not been good and clearly inconsistent. I have looked on their website and I don’t see anything about the 20% added gratuity on takeout orders over $250, and I also don’t see anything about no takeout after 6pm. Hopefully if you decide to try this place, your experiences will be better, or stick to dine-in because obviously there are issues with takeout, but then again I have not eaten in-house so I can’t confirm if the dining experience will be any better. On the plus side their food is very good and they could have made lots of money from me and my colleagues, hence the $300 order last week for our first visit and would’ve...
