This has to be one of the most idiotically run businesses around. They just put out a new radio ad, in that add they say the word tariff at least 8 times...
In what world did you people think it was a great idea to make a radio ad where you say the word tariff more than you do your own company name... You basically paid to have an ad for tariffs... Particularly considering that the whole point of your commercial is supposed to be that you guys don't pay tariffs because it's all built here...
You literally say that you've never heard of a tariff, in the ad.
I get it supposed to be cheeky, but it misses its mark. Everybody in the damn country knows what a tariff is right now. And it's also a hot topic of contention for quite a few people so why you thought it would be a great idea to stay at 8x in an ad, is beyond me, that's a terrible business decision.
Particularly considering that any customer with half a brain, can look at your prices and then go look anywhere else in town and find a cheaper product, even with the tariffs... Smdh.
The entire point people are pissed is things are expensive, You're at essentially says we don't pay tariffs on our already expensive furniture...
Smdh.
So your ad is effectively trying to fool people...
That's a great look, no really a GREAT look for your business. Smdh.
And once again it still sounds like you people did one take and didn't even try to make it sound good.
Truly waiting for this company to go under along with all the other ones right now.
Smdh.
This place is bougie, ridiculously priced, the parking lot is almost always empty, which says something about how much business they get in store, and their radio ads are just obnoxiously annoying, horrible acting, horribly written, if y'all got all this money you should probably hire somebody so that your ads don't suck because with those prices and that lack of customer base visually, it's not helping you.
Maybe take a look at our economy right now and adjust your pricing accordingly.
That or maybe move your store to a richer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have purchased several pieces of furniture from Penny Mustard over the years. We recently purchased a new mattress at the Appleton store. Unfortunately, we were not able to have the mattress delivered to our home due to the distance and cost of delivery to this location. We then decided to pick up the mattress ourselves. We have had a hard time finding the right mattress. Every mattress that came out of a box, never seemed to hold up for long. Therefore, we called Penny Mustard to see if they still sold the mattress that we loved and had purchased ten years ago. We were able to find a suitable substitute for our new mattress. Sean was extremely helpful in coordinating the sale and pickup of this mattress. He went above and beyond in trying to make our experience the best that he could. In times when it is so hard to find good customer experience, Sean was amazing! We also love our new mattress and look forward to enjoying it for many years. If you are looking to purchase anything from Penny Mustard, reach out to Sean and let him help you with your purchase. He will go above and beyond for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe quality of furniture is really nice. They have a great selection, but customer service and special orders are not worth the hassle!! There were so many changes in staff that we barely had the same person. Special ordered swivel chairs. Took almost 6 months to receive. When they arrived, they were the wrong height even though the invoice said the it was the correct height. After having them picked up-we were told they donāt make the marina color anymore. So, they had to cut the wood down. Several months later, we got the correct chairs. For the price of the chairs and not being compensated for the hassle or the difference in a 6ā smaller chair, itās not worth the headache to custom order from there. **Order is under Morgan. Feel like the issue should be dealt with right away instead of reading a review. I...
