I used to be a huge fan of this Buffalo Wild Wings, but after the past 2 experiences I have I will never return to this location. The first poor experience we had was about 2-3 weeks ago. It was a Friday or Saturday night, can’t remember which one. It was myself and 3 others. Two of us ordered 10 sweet bbq wings and after about almost 40 minutes of waiting they arrived cold, both orders. I asked to have them remade, and after about 25 more minutes of waiting they came out as honey bbq, both of them. I asked to speak to a manager. The only thing she did was take off 1 of our sodas from the bill.. After not eating 2 orders of wings, I expected atleast ONE order to be taken off or atleast an apology, but never received one. This past Friday the same group and I went to see if it would be better. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer that came out as the same time as the food.. I usually expect appetizers to come out before the food, but I forgot about it and continued on. I ordered 10 sweet bbq wings and so did my sister, my other sister ordered naked tenders and my boyfriend ordered the buffalo mac. The two orders of wings and the buffalo mac were cold. The manager herself remade them. But after one negative experience and then experiencing our wings being cold again, we were a little irritated. We spoke to the manager and tried to help her see our concern, but offered no consolation, only an arrogant attitude. Never once was there an apology, and because of our last experience, she implied that we were trying to “scam” them so she ordered us to all pay our bill in full, claiming that since she made the wings correct the SECOND time, that it was okay. Sure people make mistakes, but does the kitchen not check to make sure the wings are atleast warm? We’ve had a few poor visits that all have the same problem: cold food. People make a mistake once or twice but to make the same mistake a bunch of times is proving there to be a bigger problem. My boyfriend used an obscene word in front of the manager, but mind you NOT cussing TOWARDS the manager, and at that she began physically yelling at us, storming off then coming back and saying to the waitress: “go get them their bill they are not standing up from this booth until they pay for their food.” After that she yelled at ALL of us telling us that our WHOLE PARTY is NOT WELCOME BACK. Mind you, the only one that said a word to the manager was my boyfriend. My two thirteen year old sisters and I did not.. So to have all of us banned was a little extreme. And to have ANY of us banned because we were upset over THEIR inability to do the jobs they are being paid to do is even more extreme. If you want good food with quality service I HIGHLY suggest you all go to the Buffalo Wild Wings across town. Although it may be a farther drive for some if you are looking for a positive experience...

We decided to go here for a family dinner. We were all excited to go.
When we arrived we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. No hostess was on staff it appeared so one of the servers says “bar for now”. We didn’t really want to sit in the bar because they are high tops and I had just completed a race earlier in the day- jello legs. However, we weren’t asked but rather told.
My husband and wanted to leave at this point. Against his wishes I insisted that we were already here and it’d be fine.
After waiting another 20 minutes we were finally acknowledged by our server, Kelly. She was shaking and had unusual behavior. I have suspicions why, but I will leave that alone.
We placed our drink and food order at the same time. Kelly was present and kind.
We got our drinks timely with no issue. Once we got our food our order was wrong. I ordered mild sauce, got medium. And they were extra saucy. I typically prefer lighter sauce but I didn’t order it that way. The food was also cold. My husband ordered the brisket burger, it was missing the actual burger. It was editable considering how hungry we were. Attached is the left over sauce from my wings.
At the end my son wanted some ice cream. We thought it was a good idea! At this point we were 1 hour and 45 minutes in since we arrived.
Before we got our ice cream we got our check.
I would have shared our experience if anyone had asked us how we were doing, but no one did. I also didn’t see a manager on duty. We only saw 3 servers, 1 in the patio/dining area and 2 in the bar. There was also a gentleman on street clothes who was delivering food.
Overall I’m sad that this restaurant has taken such a sad turn. I don’t think we will be back now that there’s an established pattern. I am not quick to leave reviews unless it is repeated behavior.

Read moreI went here on my 1 hour lunch break and ordered off the 15 min lunch menu. Basically if your food wasn’t out in 15 min you got it for free since we were in a rush it made sense to order off that menu. We explained to our server that we were in a rush. After waiting over 15 minutes for our food we asked how the whole 15 min thing works and our server who didn’t even tell us her name told us they stopped the deal yesterday. Let me just start by saying that this deal was still advertised on a sign outside, on the menu and on their website. If she would’ve explained to us that the deal ended yesterday it would be a different story. One of my friends that I was with had a friend who works at another bdubs told us that today was the last day since they get new menus the following day. After we asked our server about it she ignored our table and took a long time to get us our bills. We spoke to a manager and he said he couldn’t do anything. I have manager experience in retail and I couldn’t believe how poorly they handled it. The customer is always right, if it wasn’t for the customers you wouldn’t be here. He knew we were already upset because now we were all late. Honestly this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not care one bit about any of us. Also the server messed up most of our bills, more than once and made us even more late then we were already were. I would understand if it was busy but it was not at all. I will not be returning and I will be advising my friends to all go to other locations where the servers and the management is more put together and has an idea of how to handle...
